Movement Medicine - Energy

This fifteen minute practice starts off slowly and builds to a swift and energizing practice. Use this video when you need a reset or need to clear the cache. Only fifteen minutes of breath and movement and you will step off your mat and into your life feeling energized and refreshed. This movement medicine will give you the energy you need to conquer your day, to find what feels good, and to follow your destiny.

  8. I have been using your yoga videos now for more than a year. Along with my weekly yoga lesson this is
    a great way to be sure you practice each day. Having a voice to follow and a set time frame helps keep yoga practice from being a "have to" activity. After 25 yrs of practicing yoga I can't do without it but your video lessons add range and focus. Thank you so much!!

    I believe I started practicing yoga at home, with your excellent videos, 7 years ago when I had my first babies.
    Once again I have returned to your "practice" and it has helped me regain fitness after birth, which can be difficult, when you are very home bound.
    But now it also helps me find the calm, the empathy and positivity needed when caring for a growing family and I so cherish the time taken for me, with ywa.

  20. OMG - WHY DO I FORGET ABOUT YOGA SOMETIMES??? Well, not forget, but just not DO IT! It's something to do with lack of time/energy.....but man....I MISS IT - even when I don't know I'm missing it! It's just SO GOOD for my HEAD!

I am 61 years old and have completed your beginners Yoga, 30 days Home, I have done two weeks weight loss and am now working my way through 30 days of yoga - I would really appreciate 30 of weight loss and how to lose menopausal belly fat!   31. Thank you for this wonderful video and practice. I did this video every morning during 2020\21 as a way to ground myself and look after my wellbeing during those difficult times. It was so fundamental to my survival and so soothing in that hard time. I've just revisited it and found it just as soothing and energising. Thank you so much for sharing this gift with us all.
