Moon Practice

This 15 minute practice invites you to get quiet, decompress, and call in some lunar energy to counteract a busy lifestyle. Perfect for anyone under any stress.

Many practices trigger a process that heats the body so it is important to remember to take time to also cultivate practices that cool and replenish the body. This will have an effect on your energy and on the mind - to help guide you back to a healthy present state of being.

This gentle flow is a beautiful balance of strength and softness. It is perfect for an evening practice, in honor of a full moon, or just to bring a balance of yin into your day. It is also ideal for anyone who is feeling overstimulated, overheated, or straight up exhausted.

Enjoy a different pace and, as always, pay attention to your quality of movement. Join me for this sweet Moon Practice.

Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section down below!

Namaste.

  1. I hadn't planned to do this practice on the day it came out, but just before I went to bed I noticed how bright the full moon was, and changed my mind. With just the light of the moon and a candle I could see the moon out my window as I did the poses, which was beautiful. I'm going to favourite this one to do when there is a bright full moon.

  2. Hi Adriene, I have been following your videos for a little while now, and like everybody else I find them really great and they help a lot. I just feel sorry for my fellow french speakers who do not understand english, so I thought, maybe I could help with frenchsubtitles if you ´d let me to ? I would do it for free of course, I do not even know how it works on youtube, if we can exchanges scripts to insert or anything, but, well, let me know if you’re interested and if I can help. In any case, thank you a lot for all this amazing work. Namaste!
