Meditation for Learning

Meditation for Learning invites you to come into a present state of awareness. Come as you are - no experience necessary.

Join me for this special session, designed to serve all types! This practice can be experienced in under 15 minutes and is an opportunity for you to carve out a little time for you. Shift energy, connect to your natural balanced state, relax, reset, and rejuvenate both brain and body.

Optional props: a pillow, blanket, towel, or cushion to sit on.

  1. Thank you for this meditation. The image of thoughts as clouds passing me by really helped to make me feel stillness, I'm a beginner so finding calm and stillness is difficult for me.

    This was a dream.
    I practice with adriene daily for almost two years and I never felt so calm and still.
    This was an incredible feeling of just letting go of everything and yeah! I did change my seating possition four times but even that was in like a kind of a still movement.

  3. Thank you for being and doing this. I have been doing 30 days yoga with you 4 years ago and did yoga when pregnant but back after that and being a mother is hard when you still in pain with back and all. Just letting you know after 4 years I am here and probably for ever since being mum is forever and yoga is my time 30min or more just my time with you! Thanks for that live❤️.
