  5. I just wanted to say thank you, Adriene. I have tried many different yoga videos on line, all of which have their merits, but I really love the way you "marry the breath with the movement" as you say. I feel such satisfaction, both mentally and physically, and have a wonderful sense of peace at the end of each practice with you. So again, thank you for sharing your time, wisdom, humor and support. You are amazing:)

  8. Hello Adriane. I am.seeking your advice and/ or recommendations. I do hope you have been doing yoga daily for the last 8 months. Love it. I am hoping for your input on mute practice. I do the following in the following order holding each pos for one minute. Forward fold, warrior A (right and left sides), warrior B, reverse warrior, triangle, chair pose, yoga squat, child pose, plank pose, down dog, dolphine plank, lizard pose, camel pose, pidgin pose, shoulder pose, reclining spinal twist ad corpse pose. Are there some poses I should add, some I should eliminate? Is this a good routine? How can I make it better? I am a 66 year old male. I trus you and I really would like advice. Please send it to the email address below. Thank you in advance.
