Heart And Hips Yoga

Heart And Hip Yoga is a 26 min Hands Free Practice. This session invites you to find release and surrender to a FLOW state. Tend to tight shoulders and hips. Pay attention to how they are connected to your mental and emotional state.

Gain flexibility and stability on the mat so you can cultivate the same off the mat. Grab a small towel, necktie, pillowcase or yoga strap (if you have it) for this session and let's Find What Feels Good.

  21. I thought that I would need a little more "umph" from a practice today but my body loved the quiet, calm movements. After a week of studying this was much needed. The towel over the eyes was a stretch for me but it was so yummy. Thank you.

During one of your practices, you mentioned bringing more people to yoga, and I was instantly inspired to have a yoga birthday celebration at a local studio.   27. Been struggling with low back and hip pain for several months now, left hip very tight even though I have a full range of movements. Burst a neck disc years ago (left side) and have never liked the two until today. A lovely practice I will to again. Thank you.

  33. My cat loves yoga, and he was particularly interested in today's practice. He spent most of the time hanging onto my yoga strap and chasing it around... Not as relaxing as it could have been, but definitely entertaining!

  41. This programme was fantastic! I really got to feel the connection between heart and hips, between parts of my body I never thought were connected. I am so happy you do this and that I have found you.     I am 51 and just started yoga last year. I am loving it and I already see changes in my body. I loved the practice today, a lot of stretching!

  48. I had an injured hip and I had to stop practising Yoga for a month. I've been diagnosticated bursitis in my right hip. I was wondering if any of the hip yoga videos could be good for me to improve my condition and make my way back into Yoga. Thank you.

    I used this as day 6 in devotion as you suggested due to weak core(3 kiddos :)). I have so enjoyed doing yoga with you. Much like many others have commented on YouTube, I didn’t like other yoga videos. They felt unattainable to me. But you are kind and gentle with your instruction. For instance, on the kove(not sure what it’s called) where we let our leg fall out to the side while trying to keep hips on the ground, was very difficult for me and I had a very small range of motion there(again weak core) but you encouraged us where we are! Thank you so much. Lots of love to you. ❤️

    Anyone else out there adapting these videos because of a broken foot with cast? I found this practice to be very easily modified. If you happen to be in a similar boat and can recommend one of Adriene’s videos that you found easy to make work within these limitations, I’d really appreciate it if you would reply with the title. I’ve searched for floor, gentle, and similar terms, but I haven’t had best luck. Any thoughts or recommendations appreciated : )
