  1. These short PE videos are great. I can share with my Grandson who joins me in Yoga practice in the park.(7 years old)
I would love more as I tend to be able to find space for the shorter workouts. Then I can do 2 sessions throughout the day. Namaste and heartfelt thanks.

    1. Hi there, just on the off chance that you haven't seen them yet, there are playlists that collect all shorter videos on the youtube channel!

  2. Thank you for everything that you share, the love, the kindness, the knowledge, the inspiration and the understanding. My bad days are made easier with it. And my good days even brighter!

  3. These are amazing and so helpful for me while I have 3 kids at home doing virtual school! Thank you!!!!’

  4. Awesome! Thank you for this! Virtual kinder is pretty challenging but we do like dancing and stretching together. We can try these and then they can hopefully do more at home

  5. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I teach Life Skills and your videos have been an amazing resource. We also love Benji.. 🙂

  6. Thank you Adriene, you are amazing. So is Benji. I just shared these with my daughter's teachers. I am a instructor, and was just thinking yesterday that I should try and do a free video to share with schools for stress reduction, and screen breaks! Your videos are beautiful and professional and so fun. And I am doing them too!

  7. thank you for your energy and love for YOGA.... YOU are APPRECIATED and looking forward to sharing these with others and also adding to my practice with you!

  8. This yoga PE series was a great treat during distance learning! Thank you for sharing!!

  9. Thank you so much for these amazing PE videos, I am homeschooling my 3 girls age 8, 7 & 5 and they absolutely love doing these with me.
    Fantastic recourse.

  10. Thanks for these videos! I use the first one with my grade 3/4 class when we can't get outside in the morning to stretch and energise our bodies. Is there anyway you can do more videos that are all standing poses?

  11. Thank you so much for these! They are perfect for a short PE break or when my son gets frustrated with school at home. It’s been a life saver!

  12. Adriene!! Thank you so much for these videos! I have added them to my Schoology pages for all of my Physical Education classes. They have been used my MANY of my students for their "at home/Remote" days while I am teaching my students who are at school. They have been a great addition to what I am teaching and it is so nice to know you are leading them through a great workout at home. You are a fantastic teacher. The students have commented on how much they enjoy the videos.

Thank you so much for providing a way for my students to stay fit at home, no matter what the weather is outside! I am so grateful.

  13. I have both my grandsons using your classes and leasons. Uli is in your classs, and Tony is very interested in his work outs. I have him using the class and lessons too. Are there any dvd's you would recommend for my boys, workouts for teen males and yoga and maybe even dance.

  14. I wanted to say thank you for your service! I stumbled upon your yoga 4 years ago and have been hooked! Currently, with it being so cold I'm relying on only yoga till things defrost. After this weekend's blizzard in the NorthEast (Delaware to be specific) my husband and I shoveled several of our elderly neighbors' driveways and cars. I anticipated being in a lot of pain the next day. However....I was in no pain and I completely attribute that to your 30 Day Move yoga journey that my daughter and I are enjoying. Yoga has served my well in so many ways - thank you for brining yoga to my life!!

  15. Hi Adriene,

Can you recommend a yoga mat?

Need slightly thicker but more important one that doesn't stink?

What brand do you use or recommend?

    Thank you!!! (Day 22 here)

  16. i Adriene,

I’m Liz and I’d like to thank you for being with me (your 30 minutes Yoga for Beginners) in the most difficult time of my life. I have Lupus so I get aches when I am stressed and since early December I have been very stressed. My 91 year old Mom lives with me and she was diagnosed with Parkinson. Before this I would exercise daily, swimming for an hour or more, walking for an hour, just getting as much exercise as I could. I always mention that I am sculpting my body. I'm 63 yrs old. The adjustment to my new caregiver lifestyle limits me now and am not able to get out to the gym and swim or even walk around the neighborhood. My Mom needs supervision 24/7. My younger brother told me about your YouTube Videos a while back and thought and felt you are a very kind person, funny too. In your 30 minutes Yoga for Beginners you use the word Fart by mistake. That seems so human of you and says alot about you that you didn’t edit it out. You are sincere. I appreciate that. Anyways, I didn’t do any Yoga because I like to do exercise that is more rigorous. Back to the sculpting part. :). Since I was tied to staying home and I needed to continue doing exercise I turned to your videos. Adriene, it’s been the best thing I did. I look forward to spending 30 minutes with you because you not only give my body what it needs (every position helps my body and the aches almost diminish) but the way you lead the Yoga exercise it makes me feel like I’m with my best friend.

Thank you for your hard work. I wish your business to grow and grow and don’t lose that way of being that is so simple and sincere. I’m so sorry you got Covid and it’s giving you a hard time. Yes, rest is all you have to do. Of course, eat right and take plenty of liquids.
    Greatly appreciate your soul!! 🙂

  17. We would love to see more added to this series! We do yoga as part of our homeschool morning routine & while my kids adore any and all of your videos, it would be nice to have a few more that are geared a little more specifically toward them!

  18. I have been doing yoga with adriene for a while, and for about a year now we do yoga Thursdays in my 4th/5th grade classroom. My kiddos absolutely love it! And always pick an Adriene video! Thank you!!

  19. Hi Adriene,
The Belmont University Inman College of Nursing did yoga with you today during our meeting “wellness break.” You’ve inspired us & we just want to thank you for all the ways you’re inspiring others to prioritize health & selfcare!
