    1. Hi Adriene,
I signed up for the 30 day yoga class. I only received up to day 3 but I didn't get day 4 today. I look forward to do it every day. Thank you.

      1. Hi Janesta, I double-checked and Day 4 was sent to you this morning. Perhaps it landed in your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Other folders. If you can't find it in any of those, it might have gone missing on the way to you. Adriene did share her daily email this year in the FWFG Kula in our Dedicate room too. If you want to want to read the email in this private free community space, you can join us here.

  1. I am so thankful for you website, app and youtube channel! I have officially started my yoga journey! Just the past few days of doing have greatly improved my stress and tension that I seemed to carry throughout the day! Thank you so much!

  2. How simple, how powerful. So thankful for this practice and so excited for what's to come.

  3. I didn't get the email today, maybe there's a backlog. Shout out to all the parents who are grabbing time during a young child's nap to do YWA! Thank you Adriene and your team for this wonderful, free, any time resource. xx

  4. Wow, wow, wow! Adriene, I hope you know how much goodness and love you spread across the planet. Dedicate Day 2 was amazing! May do it again this afternoon. xx

  5. Day 2! Great practice. My mornings are more beautiful now because I take this time to connect.

  6. I feel incredible after Day 2! Having just learned about YWA this past year, I have been practicing daily for a few months and have learned some of your quirks and just how much you love each and every person practicing with you daily around the globe. You are an inspiration and today's practice was a testament to how far I've come in just a few months for a couple reasons. First, today was the first practice that I've truly felt connected to my breath throughout the entire length of the practice, except one or two brief moments. I never thought I would've been able to achieve that amount of attention and awareness when I first began. Second, I have a new yoga mat and I was sliding around on it a bit today but was able to keep integrity in the poses, especially downward dog, through my center body strength and awareness. It made me very aware of the front and back body connection and "lifting through my center" that you continue to say. Anyway, thank you so much for your continued guidance and support. ❤❤❤

  7. I can always trust in you to make a hard day end beautifully. Thank you for all that you are, and everything you give.

  8. This was tough. Not sure why it's being aimed less at beginners and more towards intermediate yogis.

  9. 11.00 pm in the UK. Just finished day 2. A wonderful way to end the day and relax as I head to bed. Goodnight. See you tomorrow

  10. I haven't done yoga classes in about ten years. I started this 30 day journey at my adult son's request. Day One I realized my body has become like a cement block that doesn't bend or move at ALL and it scares me. My favorite stretch used to be sitting with my legs spread out and bending over to the left and right and grabbing my toes. Yesterday I realized I can barely bend forward at all! The snap, crackle and pop in my body makes me feel like a bowl of Rice Crispies. My son says, keep going and see where you are at by Day 30. I hope I survive! Pray for me!

    1. Lori,
your body will soon remember, listen to your body, move at your pace, follow Adriene, you'll soon be your awesome self. I have joint pain in my wrist, knees and shoulders, I am back to yoga because i have faith it will help, you got this girl ! 🙂

  11. Thank you, Day 2 was amazing. I have not practice YWA for a few months, took off during the holiday's so i am loving getting back to it and what better way then to Dedicate! I feel so good!!

  12. Well...day 2 on day 3... must forgive myself for that!

I am always so tight in my hip and groin...really aches afterwards...anyone else? What can I do to help this?

Adriene, I cannot believe it has taken me so long to find you. I have been doing your yoga now since the 14 day challenge back in September and I am never ever going to stop! Thank you so much, from Somerset, England UK xxx

  13. Good to be back to Yoga after 2 years, I love the way you move slow and deliberate, every little move matters. I wish you were in Kentucky but I'm happy with this. God Bless and Happy New Year.

  14. When I am relaxing and trying to lay completely still at the end it's hard for me to keep focused because my lower back is very uncomfortable...any suggestions?

I've done 30 day practices with you before and am SO grateful that you do them. I'm a couple days behind in my 30 day journey but you are truly an amazing guide. Thank You!

    1. Hi Melissa,
You can put a rolled up blanket or towel under your knees like a bolster, or just pull your feet up towards your butt and let your knees fall together - this will let the low back relax!

  15. Just done day 2 as a beginner. I may struggle with some of the moves but still feel refreshed and invigorated afterwards. It's my challenge to see this through to the end. I am grateful for your constant reassurance and guidance Adriene!!

  16. I've so enjoyed YWA over the years but ,I'm finding this series to be overly complex and chatty so far. Hopefully it will flow more in the next sessions.

  17. thank you -doing day two today ! 18-01-19
hard and challenging - but it feels so good already.
I can not wait for tomorrow.

  18. I'm so thankful I found your programs! Your cues are perfect and your spirit very grounding. I can't thank you enough! Looking forward to the rest of this guided journey! Namaste

  19. Thank you so much Adrienne! With full time work and being a full time PhD student time for myself always seems to get lost in the hustle. Yesterday was the first day of a new semester and I'm determined to dedicate time to connect with my mind and body to keep me grounded. This was exactly what I needed to start things off well.

  20. Awesome Day two on this first day of the second month! Thanks for this connection.
    Kathy

  21. I can't access this video!! It says it is restricted. I am so disappointed. I started Day 1 yesterday and now I can't progress with the series. Why is this happening? 🙁

    1. I'm not sure why it is appear as restricted for you, Cordelia. It is a public video. You could try going directly to the Yoga with Adriene YouTube channel and playing the Dedicate videos directly from there. All 30 days are up and available on the YouTube channel.

  22. Day two completed. A great way to end a busy week and to start the weekend. Thanks Adriene! x

  23. I totally kissed my knee. 🙂
Thank you so much for this series, you are amazing and such an inspiration to me.

  24. I kissed my knees. <3
Thank you for your inspiration. Looking forward every day to do one series with you. For the first time in my life going to do something for my body and mind every day and feel happier than do hard crunches, feel exhausted and unhappy.

  25. Day two done! I am really enjoying this and was recommended to do it by my physio as I have a very tight body. Quick question though even in the cross legged sitting position I am really sore - burning hot between my shoulders is this normal??
    Thanks

    1. That burning you feel between your shoulders may be from holding your posture straighter and taller than your body has been used to. If that is the case, it should lessen as your back grows stronger. You could try sitting with your back against the wall until it starts to get more comfortable for you.

  26. I have been doing yoga with you for 3 years now Adriene, and it truly transformed me as I headed into midlife. A couple months ago I had a TIA (mini stroke) and found my strength and stamina are not at all what they were. This is day 2 for me taking my strength and health back, and I made it through! I had to take a break after the first half, but completed it! So thankful for this practice, and the reminder that I’m not alone! When you said that on day 1, I just cried! Thankful to be up and moving, and healing every day! Love you! ❤️

  27. I did Day 1 and Day 2, but I am not sure I will take it to the end, although I would love to. Is there anyone else a complete beginner like myself?

  28. Thank you for setting me to celebrate a beautiful brief life as I grieve the loss of my daughter's boyfriend and dreams.

  29. Oh, I'm back, baby. Thank you for the exquisite re-entry into my (long forgotten) yoga practice. Every cell in my body, every fold in my brain, every whiff of my soul, thanks you.

  30. Hello from Spain. I need a little summer inspiration started Day 1 today. Thanks for the journey!

  31. This is about the third time I have done this. My dog usually helps by missing me while I try to do the movement's today he just relaxed when we got to the end and I was relaxing he was breathing very deeply so I guess he enjoyed it too
