  3. Hello,
My question is not correlated with the post. Last year I participated in Yoga Revolution and I loved it! Now I have small kyphosis/hunchback and I would like to practice with some of your videos to strengthen my muscles between shoulders. I visited doctor and there are none contraindications ๐Ÿ™‚
So my question is which videos would be the best for my condition? I thought about:

  4. Thank you Adriene. Your yoga videos make it easy for me to continue my yoga at home. From once a week to now getting on the mat most days. Love that there is such a great variety. So many that I have repeated. Perfect. Thank you again.

  8. Ah, Adriene, thank you so much for your gracious sharing, your generous giving, your sweet and. Living kindness. Namaste

  9. Adriene, I just have to say, I fell so much better after each of my daily home practices. You are awesome. Thank you so much for offering your time and experience. โคโคโค

  10. Your reference to horsey lips/breath always takes me back to the birth of my 3 children. Used as a tool for when you want to push the child out but it is not quite the right moment. Thank you for rekindling those beautiful moments and for everything else you do for the community...Namaste

  11. Adrienne, I, too, loved this practice and your FWFG emails which help to point me toward other Adrienne yoga videos. To convey my gratitude for your teachings and your presence on this Earth is impossible with mere words except perhaps ~~ namaste

  12. I sometimes get a little frustrated with super slow practices. I'm a impatient girl, and I like action. So I naturally began to feel restless during this practice, as I always do, but then something struck me: Adriene has literally nothing to gain by wasting anyone's time. Each minute, each moment, is absolutely intentional on her part and it's for OUR benefit. So it's never a waste of time, and it's worth doing. It's part of the self love deal.

I don't think I'm going to feel restless during a video ever again. Thanks Adriene, for your thoughtfulness.

  13. Adriene,
Wonderful way to set up the upcoming week. Noisy household. Lots of demands. You help me carve out needed "me time."

  14. Just what I needed today, do no harm - especially to self! New shapes! gratitude.

  15. I'm so glad I found your videos, Adriene! I started yoga 4 years ago (I'm 67 now) and it has made such a difference in how I feel every day! My husband just recently started doing yoga with me and it has really helped him to recover from shoulder surgery. It's wonderful to be able to have a daily yoga practice at home.
    Thank you so much!!!!

  16. Adrienne. I have been doing your videos for several years now. I was a very active 70 yr old woman two years ago. I walked 4 miles in 1 hr 10 mi. about 6 times a week. Last March I began to notice my balance was โ€œoffโ€. I also noticed a hearing loss in my left ear. I had an MRI 3 yrs ago for another issue and a friend of mine who is an ENT doc asked to see that MRI. He found an aneurysm and it was pressing on the nerves for balance and hearing! I had a craniotomy and am now recovering from that. Thankfully they were able to stop blood flow to the aneurysm. My hearing is completely gone in my left ear now. I was finally cleared to do gentle yoga so I just did this wonderful yummy practice and I canโ€™t begin to tell you how fantastic it was! Thank you sooo much for sharing this with all of us. I sincerely appreciate it!

  17. That felt so good. Thank you Adriene, for your commitment to the community! ๐Ÿ™‚ By the way, did anyone else notice that Benji put his paws together in front of his nose and bowed his head just about the time that Adriene was talking about gratitude? it was about at the 35:52 time stamp.

  18. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us! Iโ€™ve been doing your 30 day challenge and I reached the end of the 1st week. So proud of myself and so happy with the practice. Iโ€™m feeling the change on the outside and on the the inside as well. Thank you!

  19. Hi Adrienne
I have been an ardent lover of your yoga practices for over a year. After I had the shingles I had so much nerve pain it was not easy. But slowly I made progress thanks to you.
I now come on the mat first thing in the morning.

  20. It is so hard to quieten my mind....this practice really made aware and allowed me to consciously calm it down. Thank you so much x

  21. I noticed that Benji did his namaste with you ..<3 it Thank you so much. This really relaxed my mind, body and soul.

  22. I have been practicing with you for about 6 months now, and love what yoga is doing for me physically. I've been waiting (not so patiently) for more spiritual benefits. This practice on Ahimsa was amazing. It really resonated with me; the only way I can explain it is that something CLICKED. It impacted me in an unexpected but fantastic way. Thank you.

  23. Thank you for sharing this yoga practice.
I have been doing yoga with you for over a year now. I love it and I normally do it first thing in the morning. My balance is improving steadily (I'm 81) and I can do most postures, but I do not attempt to do a headstand.

  24. Hi Adrienne,

You did it once again! I enjoyed this on a Monday afternoon. I took a work break and did this practice as my hips are aching and I could not take a real heavy session today...

    You're the best....

  25. After a frustrating 3 weeks off the mat, tending to a back muscle injury, ahimsa is just what I needed! One of my dogs, Zelda, joined me to give me some love as I was gently following this practice .. you always seem to have exactly what I need ...thank you so much!!

  26. Thank you.
The lesson of how we treat ourselves, is how we treat others I feel is true.

  27. Thanks for this practice. I have been doing your videos for over a month now. I used to be advanced in my yoga practice but I suffered from a major back injury 2 years ago and am just recently able to begin my practices again. Today's practice was the first time I really felt the self-love that yoga can bring again, and it was so nice. Thank you.

  28. You - and Benji <3! - are the anchor and first highlight of each morning, each day! I am so grateful I found you! This is so much more than just another yoga class. And Benji did the last mudra with you!!!!!

  29. Adriene, I've been doing your daily yoga videos for a year and a half now, and got several friends into your online practice as well; your work is amazing! I have a question for you: you don't cover handstands or the scorpion pose in any of your videos, and I'm wondering if that's because they are such high-risk poses. I'm 59 and in excellent health with considerable flexibility, and would like to challenge myself, but would like to get your take on these two advanced asanas. Thank you in advance for your opinion!

  30. Researched up the wall leg pose and found you. Really like the way you do your videos specially I'm a rookie at yoga. Will continue to do your videos. Thank you.

  31. My first session back on that mat with you Adriene after giving birth to our little girl 12 weeks ago. What a beautiful, calming and grounding practice. A big aaaaaaaaah. You have been with me for all the difficult months of years of trying for a baby and your incredible sessions have always been there with wisdom and peace. Thank you for your uplifting spirit, energy and most importantly, laughter ๐Ÿ™‚

  32. Thank you, Adrienne,

I have been working on my yoga with you since January and My whole life has changed as a result.
You are awesome and thank you for sharing
