Thank you so much for your program. I have been doing YWA just over two years. I have done other programs prior to YWA and found it such an effort and not much fun. Now that I know you have my back I have practiced with you everyday for just under a year. The practice is fun, I look forward to each day and I feel better just having you in my life. Many thanks.

Hello from England,
I have been doing yoga with you for 6 months and achieved the committment with you that I have not been able to maintain in the past.
Thank you Adriene, I take you with me all over the world, you have made me slow down and reconnect with my body, which I found so hard to do recently.
Also, my husband has back issues and just by doing a week of classes gave him back half an inch in height…

Adriene, I have been dong Yoga for 4 years. I enjoy doing Yoga with you, you’re funny and easy to be with. I have a herniated disc and your yoga has definitely helped. I join you probably 4-5 times a week.

adrienne, can you make a video that does not require putting the head upside down? I get positional vertigo and so am unable to do downward dog etc. thanks so much! Jen

Jennifer, we are compiling a list of the videos that Adriene has already created that don’t require putting the head upside down for those that have vertigo or glaucoma. This playlist will be available soon under the Playlist section of the Yoga with Adriene YouTube channel. 🙂
