  1. Adriene, thank you so so much for having all of these wonderful videos!! I stumbled across your site while I was looking for a yoga sequence to help aid with sleep and upper back pain. I have tried many times to actually get into practicing yoga but it just never felt right. I felt like I was trying to force myself into the positions I was seeing and it just didn't feel good! I think it's great that you are always reminding us that it's okay if it's not perfect right away as long as it feels good. I've been practicing using your videos for about two weeks now and I can already feel my body getting stronger and more flexible!
I especially love this bedtime yoga sequence. I have such a hard time falling asleep but this sequence makes me feel so relaxed and ready for bed that I've been practicing it almost every night!

Thank you again for all of the videos. You really are awesome at explaining things in a way that no other instructor has for me. Please don't ever take the videos down!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Dear Adriene,

My boyfriend and I do the bedtime yoga sequence every evening. It's amazing. We're from London and both actors and your video feels tailored to us ! We both wanted to say thankyou, but also ask if there was a possibility for another 20min bedtime sequence to mix and match the other one with?

    Best wishes
    P & O

  3. I adore this bedtime yoga sequence. I feel amazing and ready for bed afterwards. ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you!!!!

  4. Thank you SOOO much for this sequence. I follow along with this video every night now! I would also love some more bedtime yoga sequences to mix and match.

Thanks for making yoga so accessible to beginners. ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Thank you so much for your videos Adriene!! I love them all and practice regularly. This bedtime practice is amazing and really does the trick. Any chance you can do a yoga nidra video as well? ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Hi Adrienne,

I've been doing yoga on and off for the last several years. I have some significant back issues and so I have to be very careful what I do. In the last year or so of learning to trust what my body is telling me and not what "I should be doing," I needed to get back into the swing of things. I found your 30 days of yoga on youtube this last cold Canadian winter. It took me a few months to get through since I also struggle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. But your encouragement to "do what feels good" helped to further listen to my body, be OK where it's at and send love to the places that hurt instead of sending resentful thoughts to the painful spots. You're funny and goofy and real and I really appreciate that. Peace.

  8. Greetings Adriene,
I love all your videos, thank you so much! I use the beginners ones, the morning sequences, the bedtime one too. There are a few things I kind of struggle with in this sequence, which probably takes from its effectiveness as a bedtime practice. In seated position, I have difficulties bringing one foot in, one foot out; my ankles and my knees are screeming at me, and I just don't seem to have any space to lean forward - lest breath into my hips and lower back... I also have a hard time on my toes to walk my palms forward without my heart collapsing. Then, on my back, drawing the knee into the heart isn't too difficult, but I certainly can't hook my knee in my elbow when I move it towards my shoulder. Finally, the "happy baby" or "happy budda" awakens pain in my left lower back - how can I find what feels good in this pose and make it a preparation for a good sleep? Plus, trying to rock from side to side, I just feel stuck... Thanks for your suggestions on modifications.

  9. Adriene, thank you so much for this! I am now on day 22 of the 30 day challenge and love your bedtime routine as well. Today I spent a few hours putting screen snapshots of the poses into a document with captions so that I could make a book and have it with me to do before going to bed. I would be very happy to share this with you if you are interested, as I know that many people want to do these poses, but may want to shorten the practice to fewer minutes. Again, thank you so much for sharing your wonderful yoga practice with all of us! You are truly generous and amazing!

  10. This is really helpful and relaxing. Thank you for your free videos! Hoping to have a shorter bedtime sequence. ๐Ÿ™‚

  11. Great bedtime yoga sequence, thanks a lot.
I love it as much as all your videos I have gone through on your site since September. I am so happy and grateful I came across you and your yoga sessions and especially your style of guiding us through the yoga principles. Now finally I am not jerking my body to fit into poses but I am totally enjoying all the movement ๐Ÿ™‚ thank you, I will keep on track.
