Yoga for Skaters

Yoga For Skaters is a special request for skaters, but it is also for everyone else too! So if you are not a skater, don't let that stop you from trying this fun practice. This 26 min practice is great for anyone who is seeking to carve time for self study, self care and self love from the comfort of their own home.

Roll out your mat and spend some time with this practice to improve your flexibility, joint stability and bring balance to the left and right side of your body.

Me encantan tus videos y ahora con el calendario del mes estoy haciendo uno todos los dias en la mañana. Si necesitas ayuda para subtitular tus videos, me pongo a disposición. Soy traductora y hace tiempo que quiero compartir tus videos con otras personas, pero algunas no hablan inglés.
    I hope I didn't write anything to dificult for you to understand, but when I learn a language I love when people help me practice.

  17. i am 77 years young, an have been doing your video's for the past year, i can do 98% of the moves an poses,may be even 99%, you make it so easy with your directions. I realy enjoy it an do it every other day an the alternatives aerobic activity, Have been doing various yoga for a lot of years, as well as aerobic, but i realy settled to doing yours as i like your instructions every step of the way, I feel so good every time I do them , Thank You for making this possable,
