Yoga on an Airplane

Travel Yoga! One minute airplane YOGA. Early flights, late flights, long flights and heavy bags can create a lot of stress and tension through the spine, neck and shoulders. It can also deplete your energy and your chi leaving you feeling like a stiff snake on a plane. Memorize this easy sequence for the next time you are traveling. Remember this diddy for the next time you are trying to sneak in a Find What Feels Good moment on the plane. Or, let it inspire you to create your own. (OR, pull it out on the airplane and make friends with your neighbors!) This little stretch chant changes my day while traveling. Don't underestimate it. Especially using the high back of your seat to do the heart lift and back stretch. So good and you won't bother anyone seated next to you. Don't forget! A little goes a long way! Enjoy!

My daughter (Caley Johns) told me about you and so I started out with a few of your yoga videos and have basically stalked you for the past week .I love everything I've seen so far. You have such a normal (whatever that is in the mind if the person defining it) approach to, well just everything! I am super excited to spend lots of time getting to know myself through getting to know you and the things you teach us. Thanks girl!_!

    question - what can we do for weak or painful wrists or hand pain during yoga?

    Your choice of words and way of speaking is amazing. You allow participants to realise the exercises in their own style, pace and imagination ๐Ÿ™‚

    I was wondering if you might be able to add another yoga for airplane videos regarding stretching methods in standing position (for the isle or in front of the bathroom for instance).

    Another request applies to yoga for the car. I just came back from a veeeeeery long 11 hour car trip and am feeling like a statue.
    Would love you to share a video on yoga for car travelling including exercises during breaks includings the car for instance or exercises after the long journey.
