hey Adriene, I just started today with day 1 of the 30 days. i had like about 10 lessons in my life and in the past 2 years. so i am still a beginner but i want to get started now. i am very happy that i found your channel. already watched some videos of yours and i think you are a great teacher. i like what you do. thank you for doing that!
i am very excited and i am looking forward to the next 29 days.

Hello Adriene! I’ve recently gotten back into yoga (I’ve been practicing on and off on my own and in classes for roughly six years). My sister recommended your channel and, I just want to say, you’re fantastic. Thank you forever creating such wonderful videos. Can I purchase the 30 day Revolution in CD form. I’ve enjoyed the free trial and often times I can’t get WiFi. So please let me know how to purchase the series if it is available. I have lost my emails today, so I assume the daily work outs are not on line after a certain time.
Please advise me of my best options. If I do the 99.00 yr.will that still be by emails?

This morning I woke up and decided to get rid of this laziness I have. So I found your 30days program. I started with Day-1 and I promised myself to accomplish all 30days. I want yoga be my habit.

Hi Adriene. I watched Day 1 of your videos and I noticed toward the end that it was a Vinyasa flow yoga and I don’t think this is really a good type of yoga for me. Are all your videos Vinyasa yoga or do you have some Iyengar and Hatha which are better for beginners?

Only having done a few sessions of yoga in my life, just finished the Revolution 31 days of Yoga and found the program fantastic!
I have a lower back problem and finding your yoga is actually helping to alleviate some of the pain during the day…any relief is a bonus.
Didn’t want it to stop at 31 days. I wanted to continue and do another 30-days so found this program…yay!

Adriene advised that most women should be fine as far as month 8 as long as they avoid twisting, core activation, or anything on the belly. Hip openings are good but she advises to go easier in third trimester. She also encourages pregnant women to consult their doctor/physician before starting any exercise program, including yoga.

I’m totally new to yoga and I’ve had some lower back problems for a year know. I also find that im extremely tight in my left hip flexer. I loved the first day but find I’m unable to stretch or extend as much as I’d like too, any tips?

I’ve been following you on youtube for a while. Finally in a good place to be able to undertake your 30 day videos. Im on day 22 and it really is fantastic. One thing I want to ask i that as I am new to yoga and never did any exercise before.one thing I want to ask that I have left hip joint pain.but I tried to do as u guide.kindly tell whether this yoga is good for my hip joint.and my knees are not that much stretch as yours but practice makes man perfect.
