  1. Hi! I really enjoyed Day 2 yoga and your whole approach. I like to do my yoga first thing in the morning and am wondering what I"m missing because I don't see them until later in the day. Am I supposed to sign in or something? Would love some instruction on how to get these first thing because I know you said you'd be posting them at midnight Austin time.
    Thanks for this great gift.

    1. Day 2 completed many thanks to Adriene commenced this challenge/journey into yoga for the first time really enjoying.Dave

      1. Loved it. Just making me aware of my body and movements. Also on how much weight I need to lose to do some of these stretches. Never the less making me aware of where I should be in my own body.. Fab ....

    2. Just started and loving it! Not sure if I should have started with Beginners as I have to keep looking up at my TV screen to see what I am supposed to be doing! Also have a bit of a dodgy left knee so kneeling isn't that easy, so I adapt it as I go! Xx

  2. Starting our yoga routine with this 30 days of yoga could not be any better. Thank you for what you do!

  3. I'm loving this! I've done yoga weekly...first a couple of years ago and then recently picked up again in the fall. I've been wanting to do more and stumbled upon this by accident. Wasn't planning on 30 days in a row, but I'm really enjoying it.

  4. thank you for this challenge, Adriene! love this routine ~ it was the perfect finale to my 90min barre practice this morning. i enjoyed that it was a bit more strenuous than yesterday's practice {a fabulous, much-appreciated sequence, btw!}, yet continued to keep the focus on ease and tuning in. thank you again. looking forward to 28 more days {and i'm sure beyond} of practicing with you! ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Hi! Joining in the 30 days of yoga challenge!! ๐Ÿ™‚ A friend and I are doing it together! Is there a way to sign up for the blog so that each day we get the video sent to email? It will be a little reminder for me ๐Ÿ™‚ If not, no worries!!

Thanks so much for doing this!!

    Sincerely,
    Abigail

  6. Loved day two as well! I have a very stuffy nose this week so it sorta sounds like I am snoring through the practice. Don't take this personally!

  7. While skiing today and noticing the work my legs were doing I wondered what the video for today would have in store. I realized that I look forward to the surlprise each day. It's great to have a completely new video each day! And on that note, man there were a few tough moves after skiing but with some modifying my legs feel great!

  8. Very grateful for this experience.. Yoga with adrienne pulled me out of a 5 year lazy habit and is making me stronger and stronger every day. Adriene makes me feel comfortable in my home in an atmosphere where I am not feeling judged. I honestly have been loving myself a lot more because of her. She is so down to earth and fun. thank you for this <3

  9. Day 2 complete! Today was a little more challenging, but a good stretch for the whole body. I need to work on flexibility for my hamstrings!
    Thank you again!

  10. so yummy today. So yummy. Did 5 extra minutes of reclining pigeon because it felt soooooo gooooooooodddd. Thanks Adriene!!

  11. Just loooooooved day 2! I couldn't wait for my kids to go to bed so that I can do my yoga! Pure joy!
I also wanted to thank you for making these videos available for everyone. For a single mom of 2, you are a life saver. I am really excited about tomorrow's class!

  12. Love your videos Adriene! You are an awesome instructor and the reason I got into yoga.

  13. I just wanted to say how much I am loving this 30 day challenge. I have tried on several occasions to incorporate yoga into my normal routine with little success. But something is different this time - I'm committed! I love your style and the freedom you give us to find what works for each of us. I have a lot of work to do to get my body where I want it to be. I'm new to yoga, and while I'm sore, I've never felt better. Thank you for doing this!

  14. I signed up for 30 days of Yoga but did not get the email today, Does the day get emailed to us or do we have to sign on to the wevsite?

  15. Just stumbled across this! I hope I'm not too late to join in?!?! Looking forward to healthier, happier times for 2015!

  16. Hi

I love you and your yoga.

I'm really unbendy and unstretchy and on day two I just wasnt able to keep up

Is it ok to move onto day three or should I do day two again until I can do it all the way through

Thanks (happy for anyone more experienced to give advice)

    Susan

  17. Thank you Adriene!
I loved this one. And I just cant get enough of you ๐Ÿ™‚ think youre awsome and so refreshing!
You're so helping me trough a rough and bumpy time in my life.
    All the best,
    Sara

  18. Thank you thank you thank you for your approch and generosity. I truly leave the mat with a smile, feeling gratitude and optimism. My body thanks you too!

  19. I'm picking up yoga again after around a year! Thanks for making these available and so easy to access. ๐Ÿ™‚

  20. Thanks Adriene,
I really enjoyed day 2, your tips are great, and your approach is fantastic, I look forward to seeing you every day,
    Rebecca.

  21. Thank you so much for your video's! I'm from Oxford and Yoga classes can be expensive here and hard to find after work hours so these video's mean a lot to me. I absolutely love the variety you bring to posses and the class.

I look forward to the rest of the 30 days! ๐Ÿ˜€

  22. Thank you Adriene for this class and this yoga challenge! I'm relatively new to yoga and I absolutely love the way you do it! I'm a few days behind in the program so I still have 28 more days to looking forward to! ๐Ÿ™‚ Also, I'm from Sweden, thought it would be nice to know how much this have spread ๐Ÿ™‚

  23. Thank you so much for your videos!
Sending you lots of happy energy ๐Ÿ™‚

  24. Today was my day 2 (a little late to the party I know) and what a great practice.

Really connected mindfully to my body and breath in this practice.

Love your teaching style Adrienne, thank you.

    Toni

  25. Been out of touch with yoga for over a year. So glad I found your video. You are an excellent instructor with a great voice!

  26. I absolutely loved this routine. I used to dance, but because of knee injuries I had to quit. I feel like I lost all my flexibility and since Im allowed to do some work out again, this feels amazing.
Thank you so mucht. Greetings from The Netherlands,

    Jayne

  27. Day 2 -- Looking like an awkward, stiff mini-giraffe and feeling super grateful for the 30- day yoga challenge with Adriene -- it's a lovely new beginning for a brand New Year! For most of my life I was always active, moving and doing, running and diving, walking, hiking, swimming, biking or yoga and now sadly find myself resembling a stiff board moving at a stone's pace. It is impacting my health and well-being and realize that this practice of becoming agile in body, mind and soul must be done daily and with a smile!!! Thank you Adriene for getting me back in touch with my body, breath and Spirit -- who I truly am. Looking forward to working out all of the "kinks" that are disrupting the flow in my life!!!

  28. So glad I came upon your site. Very enjoyable. Wake up call on how tight my body had become . I'm sure 30 days will make a marked difference . Looking forward to day 3

  29. I've taken some yoga in the past but am fairly new to it in general and wanted to find a way to really get connected. Thank you SO much for doing this. Studio classes are sort of out of my budget right now and I find it challenging to practice on my own at home. Following your lead really helps me escape and stay connected to the practice. I really needed that. Can't thank you enough for allowing me this experience!!

  30. I'm a 62 year old beginner on a new path this year and beyond. Did your beginner videos for the last 2 weeks and now i'm diving into the 30 day vids. I really appreciate your down to earth style. No pressure, no fancy outfits. You make me feel welcome and comfy. Thank you!

  31. A big Thank you to Diane for introducing me to 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene. I have practiced for 20 + years but got out of my regular routine a few months ago. 30 Days of Yoga has brought me back.

  32. I love these practices, Adriene! On my 2nd day, but feeling confident about going through all the 30 days of the challenge. Thank you for the time and energy you've put into creating this!

  33. I love you videos. I did a lot of yoga in the past at a kung fu club believe it or not. In recent years I've not been that into it. I haven't enjoyed it at the gym but your approach to teaching has brought back everything I used to love about it. Thanks!

Also enjoyed the " dirty water " image.

  34. Day 2 = AMAZING. I can't believe I'm only two days into this and my yoga practice feels totally revitalized. Prior to this, I was really having a hard time dragging myself (yes, dragging) to my mat, and even sticking through an entire practice. But the approach you take is just so amazing and refreshing, you've made yoga feel fun again! I had wanted to become a yoga teacher, but upon hitting this slump I was really second-guessing, and thanks to these 30 days I'm starting to feel that passion for yoga again and looking at teacher training courses... so exciting! THANK YOU!

  35. Thanks for the fantastic yoga videos! I have never felt more comfortable doing yoga. That being said, I'm a little discouraged because my wrists keep hurting. I can't seem to stay in downward dog for very long because there is so much weight going on in my wrists. Any suggestions?

    Thanks so much in advance!

  36. You are an absolute inspiration! You have encouraged me to stick with it and I am very excited! Your open mind and heart are amazing and I am so happy I found this!

  37. This is a really nice beginning (again) for me. Thank you. I'm reminded of when I've tried yoga several times before, why I don't keep it up. Aside from the frustration of not being able to do so many of the poses (yes, patience, I know) my wrists hurt on the downward dog and chaturanga type moves. I end up coming up onto the pads of my hands and my fingers. Any suggestions on alleviating the wrist pain? Will it get better with practice?

  38. I went to the gym is morning for a morning yoga class only to find out that it was cancelled. Totally bummed I still worked out and came home then also to complete day 2 of my 30 days. Much needed!!!! Loved day 2 and how I felt after and really appreciate that you included ypga for the feet. I have been suffering from some heel pain and really appreciate the work we did today. I hope that it help and I continue arn how to stretch out and heal that pain. Thanks!

  39. I got my RYS in in vinyasa and yin but got tangled up with my job and daily life. I needed desperately to come back to my routine. A friend (also in Holland) mentioned you. And I am very grateful.I love your teaching. It is fun, strong, sparkling and inspiring. Up to day 3 of yoga adventure. Namaste

  40. Thank you so much Adriene!
This could not have come at a better time. As of last week, I had decided to wake up at 5:30 AM and get back to yoga to make it a habit. I have been doing yoga on and off. So this helps me to get back.
Day 2 was lot doable compared to Day 1. I have not seen any of these vides on YouTube. I want to take it one day at a time. I felt Day 1 went too fast. I could not do some of the poses fully. But today was different. I had more time from one to the other. I enjoyed every bit of it.
The video is great. Your instructions are good and warm, not stern like a drill master. I feel I am doing yoga with a friend.
I am determined to stay the course and get to Day 30.

    Many many regards,
    Satish Iyer
    San Jose, CA

  41. So very glad I found this 30 days of Yoga. I did Day 2 today and when I was finished, I felt absolutely euphoric! Yes, I am a bit sore, but it is a good sore, not like the daily pain I experience with Lupus and Sjogren's. It is my intention to use this 30 days of Yoga to restore my health. To restore my meditation and my mindfulness of just being present in each moment. Thank you Adriene for doing this for us! Wish I lived in Texas so I could come to your class everyday, but this is just as good. Namaste!

  42. Phew, just finished my day 2, lots of sweat and smiles. Thank you Adrienne, I would like to see how happy I am 28 days later ๐Ÿ™‚ namaste

  43. Day two this morning at 7:45. Maybe I should have woken up a bit more or waited until tonight since I did my very first session (and day 1) last night.
SO SORE today in my neck and shoulders!
Realizing I am so chunky it is very hard to do some of the "basic" moves.
    UGH....
    Onwards to day 3...tomorrow....

  44. Done the Day 2 practice.
It is more tough that the Day 1 practice.
But so far it is OK.
And after the practice, I always feel nice.
Tonight will challenge the Day 3 practice.
    Just wanna say thank u.
I will keep post the feedback here.

  45. Hi Adriene,

I LOVE THIS ! I've tried so many times to start with yoga but one way or the other I always stopped.
But you're different ! You're funny, you remind me of not taking the practice to seriously, you're are focussing a lot on breathing (what I need the most) and explaining it all so well! But what I love the most is that with you we can move in asana's, it's not just "hold and stand still". My body loves that and it feels so good ! I do not do it the morning, I do it after a busy day and guess what ? Today at 5 PM I was already looking forward to my day 2 !

Thank you for doing this, I will tell all my friends to come and join you !

  46. Thank you so much Adriene for your videos and this programme. I had tried a few yoga videos on youtube however never found the right guide for my practices, until i stumble upon one of yours. Thank you. Namaste.

  47. It's my second day of the challenge and I'm so exited! I loooove your relaxed attitude and approach. I actually feel like I'm doing it right (and even if I'm not, I'm still having a blast).

    Thanks! You rock!

  48. Adriene, I enjoy engaging in your practice so much. Your positive energy and goofball humour really lights up my dark British mornings! Sending gratitude and Hey-Yos your way xx

  49. I really enjoy It ...I like the way you do yoga ....I thought I cant do yoga but I did it with you ..Thank you^_^

  50. Thank you for this, Adriene! Your vids are awesome and so useful. You bring so much fun into these 30 days of yoga and it makes me feel great doing it! Much aloha ๐Ÿ™‚

  51. Adriene, thank you for taking time to guide people like us, who are a bit off and wants to ger real involved in Yoga.

  52. For about a year and a half school has taken over my life and yoga has been pushed aside. My back has been aching and my mind not in sync with my body. Thank you for this challenge. Its a great way for those of us short on time to get a good session in without killing time by driving somewhere. Your approach reminds me of my favorite yoga studio, just a new yogi, same techniques and flow. <3

  53. Hello from Melbourne AUS,
Only just started this, and I've gotta say I like the way you do these videos. I've looked through a lot of yoga dvd and videos and they all have music that I personally find annoying and the teacher speaks in a whisper and they annoy me.
Your videos ALWAYS leave a smile on my face and feeling good.
Yes it's only day 2 but I can see myself sticking to it because of your approach and teaching!
So just wanted to say thanks!!
    Xo

  54. Wow. I'm very new to Yoga, always wanted to try it. Decided to give this 30-day one a shot. Did some of the practice videos then began day 1 yesterday. Did okay and I was proud of myself ๐Ÿ™‚ today, as the email and vid information warned, it was A LOT harder...so much "negative" energy was flowing through me as i did this, I was very shaky and even though it was only 30 min long I was breathing heavy and sweating halfway through. But I just completed it, I made it through! and I'm still a little shaky and sweaty but I'm even prouder of myself for doing it ๐Ÿ™‚ I have trouble sticking through things but hopefully I am able to continue to fully commit to this challenge and see what changes I can make in myself.

  55. Thanks Adriene for your very loving and tender approach to the yoga practise! It is so helpful to ease into the flow and get this inner connection to yourself and your needs! Wow, that's just heaven sent!
So even on this day 2 routine, feeling a bit hung over from having danced all night, I came out so much more peaceful and grounded... Looking forward to tomorrow! with much love from Berlin...xxx

  56. Just want to say thanks so much for this, and for making it freely available. I've always loved my sport and was getting back into things after having kids when I had flare of what seems to be arthritis.... am being investigated now but needed something to loosen me off and be my sport - this fits perfectly. And I can fit it in after the kids go to sleep. I'm really appreciating these serene (if challenging!) moments, its getting me out of a low spot. Also, I love your approach to it, I'm quite competitive but it makes me comfortable enough to not break myself trying to do what the experts do! xxx

  57. I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know about the range of your influence on others. I am a teacher at an international school in Seoul, South Korea. My wife and I are American expats living and teaching overseas. I've only just begun your 30 day series (day one in the books) but I am so thankful for your good natured approach, your encouraging smile, and the technology that has made this possible. You have the spirit of a teacher. and that is exactly what I need. At 5'10" - 205lbs, I am about 30lbs. overweight. My belly is an ever-present obstacle, but I am committed to seeing these 30 days through. I'll check in over the next month and fill you in on how it's going. Thank you!

  58. Just completed day 2 and managed not to fall over despite a few wobbles! I can already tell that this is really helping to improve my strength in various different ways. I also really appreciate the whole body experience using toes, wrists etc. thank yous so much for putting this together ๐Ÿ™‚

  59. thank you Adriene, loving this self paced practice of yoga, I may repeat day 2 tomorrow, it was a bit of a challenge for me today, but I am determined! these videos are very well done.

  60. Adriene, sending you mega gratitude! Your sequencing is wonderful, verbal ques pitch perfect and the encouragement and playfulness in your voice, makes me want to complete the challenge. I'm 66 and a bit rusty, so really appreciate the slow but steady increases in effort. You will probably never know how far and wide the good karma you accumulate by offering these teachings extends. thanks sooo much!

  61. Hi, I'm on Day 2 and loving your videos! They are much more informative than most yoga vids and explain in a way that makes sense where the body should be and where you should feel things. Love your style of teaching and the humour you add too!! Thank you for this awesome 30 day challenge!

  62. I bought the 30 days of yoga to download. Odd thing is that I cannot get sound on my iPad. I tried through utube and no sound, through your site, no sound, but through my Mac, I got sound. Any hints, as I like to have the 30 days to travel ? Thanks, C.

  63. I didn't used to write a long comments so I will say shortly - it's absolutely amazing what you are doing! I'm really gratefull! I think, all yoga classes should look like that. I couldn't even imaging that I will be looking forward for the yoga practice every day. What's more, I start to feel my body and accept it.
    Thank you so much,
    With love from Ukraine

  64. You are an angel! I was concerned about doing yoga in the morning as I wake up so stiff and sore everyday. This morning I warmed up a bit and got right into Day 2. I am so happy and warm right now! I am so grateful for you and this gift Adriene.Thank you!

  65. This was indeed a wonderful workout! I am new to yoga, but I really enjoyed how it felt after completing the various sequences...it was rather fun, although a bit challenging to me ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for these videos Adriene! Aiming to go all the way in this 30-day yoga challenge!

  66. This was indeed a wonderful workout! I am new to yoga, but I really enjoyed how it felt after completing the various sequences...it was rather fun, although a bit challenging ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for these videos Adriene! Aiming to go all the way in this 30-day yoga challenge!

  67. That was an awesome session. I've woke up super early to do it before work and I feel all awake and alive. Bring on the day! Thank you adriene ๐Ÿ™‚

  68. Adriene! I love your yoga so much! I'm a Texan transplanted to the hustle and bustle of LA! Thanks for being a little bit of home for me!

  69. Loved today. For the first time I really felt like I was paying attention to my breath and body. My right shoulder is definitely tighter than the other, and I am finding it difficult to relax it. Great practice today while my kids are napping.

  70. Thank you for this challenge, it's exactly what I was looking for!
I love your way of teaching, and look forward to what's to come.

  71. Hello Adriene,

Thank you for your videos. I started yoga with you few months back and after a break I decided to go back to it, by re-doing the challenge. I have just finished my second practice and I have a question to ask you! My knees generally feel sore after I practice, and are shaky. I don't know if that is normal (building up strenght or something like that) or if it means I might not practice properly. Thank you so much for your reply! Best.

  72. Great lesson, and I almost skipped because I was so sore this morning with knots all over my right side. So glad my husband held me accountable and reminded me "it's day 2 - get on the mat" this morning. Feel so happy and peaceful now, while before, I was rather dreading the day (having already slept in too late for even a day-off). ๐Ÿ™‚ All smiles now. Thank you Adriene for these 30 days!

  73. Here we go. Day 2. I am going to purchase the downloads. This is just what I need to fully recover from the breast cancer. Thank you for letting us ease back into it or not making us feel guilty if we have to use a block. You are very good at coming through the screen and into my home office/yoga room! God bless.

  74. You've got folks from all over watching your videos I see, but I come from Dallas and also lived in Austin for 24 years. Doing this to help my Fibromyalgia. I normally go to my mom's class (she is a 70 year old yoga teacher) but she is having surgery so needed some options and you're a perfect fit. Keep up the good work, you have got a talent.

  75. Hello Everyone! Hello Adriene!

I am folowwing the 30 days of yoga from Brazil and It really is changing my life! I discovered the "yoga with adriene" videos last week and you may call it coincindence or not, but on the first video I chosed, Adriene said "I know you may be thinking - why did I chosie this video, etc..- and she said: Relax! You chosed the right video, don't worry, everything is going to be okay!" And it really WAS the right video! It helped me a lot and I was glad to hear that there was a 30 days challenge!
A BIG THANK YOU TO ADRIENE !! Thanks to you, I am able to do the changes in my life that I always wanted to do and as I compromise with the mat I also compromise with becoming a better, less-stressed person!!

Thank you everyone ๐Ÿ™‚ And a great and Super sunny day from Brazil ๐Ÿ™‚

  76. Hi Adriene,

Thank you so much for these videos.

Question: when stretching the feet, I experienced severe arch cramping/foot pain which subsequently came in and out for the rest of class (mostly in down dog). Do you have any suggestions for stretching the feet to work out the kinks/prevent this from happening in the future. Bonus if I can do it while sitting at my desk at work!

    Thank you!

  77. Dear Adriene (and fellow yogis),
I'm having such a great time with this! Just discovered Adriene's classes last Saturday and signed up for the 30 day challenge starting on Sunday. I used to do a lot of yoga, but after I gave birth 2 years ago I just lost the spirit. You've managed to get my fire burning again and I can honestly say I haven't felt so energised and happy in a long time. Thank you so much! I really look forward to continuing this journey with you and your community. Love from Rotterdam, the Netherlands!

  78. Thank you for providing these 30 wonderful days of yoga. With perfect instruction. I've never been able to follow anyone before. I'm 67 and tighter than I once was but hoping this will get me more flexible and stronger. I have walking pneumonia and I have to breathe deep to keep mucous out. Amazing how I almost pant 3/4 through the workout. Bless you for offering this to us.

  79. Day 2 was laxing and loose, somehow quite the exercise. I watched it on YouTube and it was something worth following along with. I might follow up with it again if I could, but overall, it is one of these approaches where I hope I can utilize and eventually become better at.
If I'm ever needing a yoga instructor, it's going to be you, Adriene.

    Thanks,

    Shuo

  80. Thank you so much. I was great to come back to my morning yoga. I am looking forward to Day 3.

  81. Hey men take it from a 250 Lbs football player/power lifter in the 500 lbs club, this is the best workout you will get, and NO PAIN, I would have had neck and back surgery if it wasn't for yoga thanks Adriene

  82. I'm loving this! Lagging 1 day behind, because of time-lag - but my body sends thanks!

  83. I am 63 years old and have attended yoga classes on and off over the years; however, every day I still do sun salutation to start the day. I feel I am in good shape for my age and have good flexibility. Last year I attended a class at a yoga studio doing "flow" vinyasa yoga. I found it too fast and quick for me, got quickly sore in my knees and hips, and was feeling very disappointed.
A younger friend posted on her FB page that she was starting your 30 day challenge, so I signed up. I must say I am really enjoying your videos. I did the beginner video yesterday rather than the orientation and completed Day 2 video this morning. You have a calming voice, explain all the transitions very well and also give alternative positions. Thank you for reaffirming my faith that my body can do this!

  84. I'm loving your video's! I'm new to yoga, so I'm using your 30 Day challenge as a way to really get into it and learn how to incorperate it into my life.

  85. Loving this challenge so far! I am having some pain in my wrists. Any advice? I don't want it to keep me from doing this but it's already a big challenge for me!

  86. I found your website and videos by happenstance. I'm so happy I found you!! ๐Ÿ™‚ Yoga is my happy place and I can't wait until I get home from work so that I can continue this 30 day challenge...and beyond! This is a refreshing start to my new year and new outlook on life. I've got some slowing down to do and you are a big help. Thanks!!!

  87. You are amazing! You are one of the best Yoga instructors I have yet to work with. I really appreciate what you are doing here and providing your talent for free. I am looking forward to this 30 day challenge, I am only on Day 2. Thanks again, cheers!

  88. YEAH! made it through the second day hurdle! haha!

Your email came right in time as I was having my morning (who am I kidding.. noon.. ) coffee procrastinating the mat, knowing really that I'll just float right away into my day tasks on the computer (Day 1 I went straight to the mat, had my coffee after.. ). But then - alas - email from Adrian made me feel silly and, well, guilty. Good job!

This was hard core today, I feel tired but quite content with myself!
I gotta figure out how to strengthen myself with that high lunge though. Need something more gradual to build my strength, in the same lines I do with my flimsy arms coming down from plank, as you suggested bringing the kneed down to the mat first. Any suggestions??

Much appreciation for this Adrian - u r awesome!

    Merav, Israel

  89. I'm very excited for the next 27 days of this challenge.
In just 2 days I have felt immense release in my back (It feels like what I assume a back should feel like and less like concrete). As a sufferer of back pain for 10 years, having relief which isn't by (heavy) pain medication, is so.... nice.. (ok, that was a let down of terms)
I am thankful for finding you and for you to have this 30 day challenge. Due to my insane work/study commitments, it is difficult for me to attend a set class anywhere, so I rely heavily on home practice. Your technique is beautiful, your speed in which you run the class is exactly what I need (your quirky sense of humour makes me smile in the middle of peculiar stretches) I love it.
Thank you for being you and producing Yoga with Adriene.

  90. So glad I found this site and Adriene. I started weekly yoga classes (uk) during a third IVF cycle on the recommendation of someone who said it could relax me. Unfortunately the cycle failed but after finding this and being able to do yoga daily without cost I am feeling stronger both mentally and physically.... Things don't feel so hopeless and I am starting to regain faith in my body again and looking to the future hoping for success with IVF or maybe even a natural pregnancy..... Adriene do you have many people with fertility struggles who have found yoga helpful and are there any particular practices that can help? My fertility issues are unknown (no clear physical problems with myself or husband) although my BMI is 30 which I am trying to bring down.

    Thanks

    Claire

  91. Wooh that was great even though I found some of it hard. Adriene I find your permission to go with what you can manage and to use options SO encouraging, It's way better for a beginner like me to do these at home, at a class I'd be feeling demoralised or injuring myself trying to look good ha ha!!

Feeling proud of having taken part! xx

  92. So I did the Day 2 video today. It kicked my bum and I hurt my bad ankle(A previous injury that never received medical attention). I will however be back for day 3. Hopefully, as the days go on my ankle will get stronger! Also, I hope this will help me become more flexible. I could not sit down and bend myself in half at all. I look forward to seeing how much progress I make over the next few weeks!

  93. I am about to embark on my Day 2 of practice and I am super excited. I completed Day 1 last night and found it to be super relaxing after a long day in my special education classroom and some time as Mommy to my 3 year old son - time I needed to take for myself.
Thank you, Adriene for this great practice and community and for encouraging us to take time for ourselves to 'find what feels good'!

  94. I am very grateful. I have hardship with seated forward fold because of lower back pain.

  95. Just finished day 2. Thank you.
Have one kid saying, "Go Mommy! Go Mommy!"
The other kid saying, "Mommy you are going to break yourself."
    LOL

  96. Thanks Adrienne for your 30 day yoga challenge!! I am new to yoga but loving all your beginner videos! They have guided me to understand my mind, body and breath and to use these practices in everyday living!! You do make it look very easy though!! Thanks Adrienne for all your positive encouragement though out your videos!! Really excited for the next 28 days!! I will soon become a yogi....!!!! haha! This is such a wonderful journey!! Just to let you know how far your videos have spread I am Debbie from down under in Western Australia..!!!

  97. I am so happy I found you! I love your low key yet challenging and encouraging way. Thank you!!!

  98. I went on vacation mid July and met up with my daughter and her boyfriend Alex. She is always telling me what I should be doing. She said I should do a 30 day of yoga challenge. Last time I visited her she told me I needed to get rid of stuff. I do struggle with weight and have always enjoyed yoga just really never took a class. I came home and started your challenge. After the first day I noticed a difference but felt sick and sweaty. I kept going until about day 7, then decided to go back and do yoga for beginners, then foundations. Now I am reallty on day 12 not day 2, but just joined the channel. Yoga is kicking my butt. The great thing is how tough it is but how good I feel afterwards still. In other workouts I have felt a lot more pain. Thank you Adrienne and than you Amber for turning me on to the challenge. I can see my body shifting and changing.

  99. I'm on day 2 right now, after a long hiatus (travelling, art-making, and getting married, but not much yoga!). This is the perfect thing to get my body used to the practise again; also my mind, as it is wandering in and out even during the shorter 30 minute practise. I'm loving it and looking forward to getting back to the studio soon! <3 <3 <3

  100. I finally worked up the courage to begin the 30 day yoga challenge! Just finished day 2 and already it has me feeling so excited for tomorrows practice. Thank you for creating such a wonderful challenge and I enjoy your fun personality. Can't wait to learn from you some more!

  101. Just finished day 2, feeling good and really enjoyed the practice. Thank you very much !

  102. Day 2 of yoga was amazing, quite intense than yesterday as I struggled with balance however it made me more aware of my body and what tension I have been carrying lately. I am definitely investing in the 30 day yoga challenge to connect with my body, build up strength and balance and boost my awareness. Thank you Adrienne for your amazing guidance.

  103. Loving this, I am a yoga teacher here in Brighton England and was chatting to a lady who said I should check you out as our style of teaching is similar. It is such a treat to be taught by you at the end of a busy day and because I don't have to think about which pose to do next I can really focus on the moment. cheers matey, Brig

  104. I have a small question. I can't bend my knees to sit back on them. What can I do? I try but they hurt too much. Otherwise I am enjoying it so far although I can't get the breath thing. I keep holding it.

  105. Just wanted to say hello and thank you for putting this 30 days of practice together. I am a long time practitioner, and have been practicing with you off and on for awhile now, especially your depression, anxiety and self-care sequences. I got away from my daily practice while dealing with some serious mental health issues, and your approach to healing and self-care has been a big part of my returning to my mat regularly.

You might be an actor, dancer, globally known yoga phemom, and many other wonderful things. But you are also a healer.

    And I thank you.

I get that this series was made a few years ago and the likelihood of you seeing this or responding is slim to none, and that's ok. That changes my gratitude not at all. ๐Ÿ™‚

I also wanted to say that I have been meaning to say this to you for a few months now, but it was how hard I laughed at your comment in the Day 2 email, "I felt like distracted poo", that reminded me it was time to finally get to it. LOL.

    1. Hi Sharon, the emails for the 30 days programs are sent out based on when each individual signs up. And because they are sent out with an automated emailing system, we aren't able to change the timing of them or bump anyone up on the schedule. I'm sorry we can't help you with this. I hope you're enjoying your 30 days of yoga experience! ๐Ÿ™‚
