But next time you have to hop on a plane and visit me in Lanzarote which is full of amazing volcanic energy, lots of black and white sandy beaches, caves, surf and YOGA

I started talking about yoga and mentioned I had a favorite online yoga instructor and she said “Adriene?” And I said yes! And she said “she was in my Spanish class!” I wish I remembered her name but she was so sweet and told me you were incredibly humble and nice.   16. Hi Adriene,

    I am a huge fan of yours. You have inspired me in so many ways and even though we have never met, I feel as though you are a role model of sorts. Anyways, I wanted to ask if you could create a body positivity flow sometime soon. I have been experiencing so much self-hate and lack of love for my own body lately. While yoga is a great way to practice self-love, because of my insecurities and sluggishness I have been having troubling bringing myself to the mat. My practice has been severely affected in recent months and I am hoping a flow such as the one I am requesting will help me to recommit to my practice.

    Once again, I know you are incredibly busy, but I would just be so grateful. Also, if you have any tips for how I can improve my self-love and acceptance, as well as get back into my practice, that would be wonderful.
