    Still open question is about the reverse Warrior, how to hold the back (!) and what is happening with legs in this pose? Could you comment, please?!

  4. I just wanted to say thank you! I bought Reboot 2 weeks ago, and have been struggling with the amount of time spent in lunge positions, so anything that helps me to boost my strength in those poses is SUPER APPRECIATED. SUPER.

    Also though, thank you in general. #30daysofyoga really helped me to get a off to a good startthis year, and just all the little things in my life that improve through this practice are just quietly buoying me up, better posture, stance, energy levels, anxiety levels, levels of gratitude and joy, a myriad of little muscular shifts. All of it.

    Oh! And the music! Shakey Graves played in Auckland, NZ (where I live) a week or two ago, and WOW. <3. Really pleased to have found his music in time to have seen him play in person! So yes. Have like... a million thanks. In one gushy message.

  5. Adriene- I never thought i would appreciate yoga online... until I met you! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, enthusiasm, and silliness! Your presentation is awesome in all your videos. Speaking of silliness, I wanted to mention that your translator had a hard time with "asana" in the subtitles in your intro to the pose. Um...They translated you to say "for most standing ASININE poses"...
