    I just wanted to say I love your 30 day yoga challenge! I am on day 3 today. My daughter is also into yoga.. she is 3.. I usually do this after she goes to bed but the past two nights she has gotten out of bed and sat on my yoga mat with me.. I'm going to get her a yoga mat and follow your videos as a mother/daughter bonding experience. I love your positive attitude and I want to thank you for sharing your knowledge and LOVE of yoga. I've been trying to get into yoga for awhile but never felt comfortable with it.. Your videos are perfect for me.. ok I'm stopping now! stay fabulous girl!

    I just wanted to tell you how much I love your Vlogs and YouTube channel. I recently settled down in Guam after a year of traveling through Southeast Asia and was SUPER bummed that there are only two yoga studios here (so classes are always packed) and discovered your YouTube channel a few weeks after arriving. Since then, I've cultivated a strong home practice and really, a new love of yoga and my body.

    And you've inspired me to go to Yoga Teacher Training this year as well!
    Anyway, just wanted to send you lots of love and positivity! Thank you for being so wonderful (and hysterical! I just love your sense of humor!) and uplifting.

    I am a avid workout fan engaged in many forms of exercise with a particular affinity for aerobics and dance based workouts. For the last decade I have forced myself into doing yoga at least once a week to keep my body flexible and aware. I have never like yoga however. Last week I discovered your 30 day workout and I am really enjoy your program. You are a wonderful teacher and I am very grateful that you have shared your gifts with me.

  4. I just found your blog and yoga videos. I am a newcomer to yoga and would like my mother to join me in a daily exercise routine, but she has emphesema and cannot hold the poses. Could you possibly consider making a video for disabled people such as my mother who cannot stand for very long and have to use a walker to get around? I know that there is some type of exercise routine for people who are disabled in this manner, but I believe that my mother would benefit more from yoga.

    I have to say thank you for doing the yoga series! I'm on day 2 & loving it. I'm trying to get healthier, I've done tai chi & yoga before on & off . I'm fighting adrenal fatigue, I think, Dr.s can't figure it out so I'm trying to !! Going for healthy eating. & movement !
    Excited to go see your cooking segments . Yes, got to love Hilah and her babies too, love her channel . Congrats on your new baby he is precious!! Good thing you have lots of energy!

    I'm just finished day 5 of your 30 days of Yoga challenge and I love it so much. I've been telling everyone to do it! I'm 2 1/2 months into being a first time mom and this practice is exactly what I need to sort of help get me and my life back in shape so thanks!

  11. Hi Adriene! I don't know how I found your yoga videos ( I think the universe guided me to them) they are just what I needed! I have been practicing yoga for 20 years but in the last 2 years after much back pain and back surgery I really had to back off from my practice. I have really missed it and tried many times to get back to it, but It always seemed to aggravate my pain. Your videos have been just what I needed and my body thanks you! I also wanted to say that you have such a positive spirit and personality and I find myself saying after every session, " she is so darn cute!" Lol Good Luck in all you do! Namaste

Hi Adriene...I've been practicing yoga for a couple years now and I've tried several different teaching styles, both in a studio and at home, but I wasn't able to find the perfect fit until I came across your videos. Your teaching style suits me perfectly! You're encouraging in a very calm and relaxing manner; you make me feel empowered. The instruction you give with each movement and breathe has helped me to improve my practice immensely. I'm on day 13 of your 30 days of Yoga and I cannot believe the difference, not only in my body, but also my mind. Thank you so much for offering these yoga moments with you. You're incredible!! 🙂

  13. Hi Adriene!! I just want to congratulate you on such a great channel and such a great challenge! I am on day 9 today and for the first time in my life I haven't given up on a workout and I definitely have so much fun!! It also helps me so much on dealing with my anxiety and depression and I feel I could do this everyday for the rest of my life and not get tired of it! I also changed my diet and I'm eating healthy now and along with the yoga it is helping me to lose weight and feel good! Thank you so much! You are awesome!! Namaste 🙂

  14. Hi Adriene! I wanted to give you a big thank-you. I have always felt intimated to attend yoga classes because I'm not very flexible and was the athlete that kept trying but just could not get into the 'yoga-thing'. I am so glad that I found your videos on youtube because they are very approachable and I am actually starting to LIKE yoga! It's unbelievable to me because I've always felt dread and forced myself to attend yoga class, but now I look forward to turning on your station and just grounding my practice with myself.

    I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your 30 day challenge and your fresh, authentic personality! You are a bright and shining spirit and I am so grateful for these free classes. I hurt my neck and shoulder in a fall (I am 53 and have lots of joint pain too!) and your videos are helping me find relief. I am on day 7 and today was tough! But I love how I feel after your videos. Thanks so much for sharing your joy and your gifts with the rest of us!

  16. You rock lady! You're videos make yoga very approachable. The 30 day challenge is beyond awesome. I dig that you can make a funny in the middle of instructing. This allows me to let go of the tension that surrounds me in a typical yoga class. Were I still in Texas I'd take one of your classes no doubt. Props to you for sharing your passion for yoga on YouTube so all can share!

    First, a big, warm thank you for spreading your light so far and wide. It's reached me here in Honduras, and your 30 days of yoga was the absolute best part of January for me.

    I am a middle school teacher, and I am introducing short yoga sequences to help calm and focus my students (especially after lunch, when they are SO hyper!)

    Would you consider creating a few short (5-ish minute), preteen-friendly videos? I could lead the sequences, of course, but they have to listen to my voice all day and I think you would be a breath of fresh air for them 🙂

  20. Hi Adriene! Have you ever thought about posting some kind of "guided meditation" videos? Your voice is just so relaxing and I LOVE doing some of your more relaxing videos right before bed. I think it would be great if we had something kind of in between Yoga and guided meditation. Anyway, just a fun request. Loved 30 Days of Yoga! I might do it again for March ;).

And I think you're just a bomb-diggity person! I'm also a registered dietitian, so food and health are my main passions, as well as body image and wholeness (hence, the yoga teacher avenue now, too.) On day 13 of the 30 day challenge now, and it's not just changing my body (so happy to see my mama pouch getting a bit more tone again), but it's also changing the way I relate to myself, mind and body. I have always had trouble making it through yoga workouts in the past, unable to calm my mind and deal with my beginner body, but your style has really opened up the practice for me.     I'm sending to you greetings from Europe (Czech Republic). Actually I am on day 28 of 30 Days of Yoga programme and I totally love it!

    I used to do lot of intense sport activities before (and also a bit during) my pregnancy such as climbing and bouldering, jogging, hiking, canoeing, fitbox, zumba... As the belly grew I have to get to some more "light" activities such as belly dance or so. And especially after the birth I had to go trough a re-convalescence, starting with the rehabilitation exercises at home, walks with the stroller and last month with your yoga programme. You've taught me to slowdown a bit, feel more my body and especially the breath and also not to take yoga so seriously 🙂 And in plus I am already able to start again with my loved activities which I did before the pregnancy. And to continue with yoga practice I started to love during this 30 Days of Yoga challenge!

    My baby will celebrate 3 months birthday this week and I am getting back on the climbing wall, stronger than ever before... thanks to you!

  28. Adriene I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your fantastic teaching. I'm a keen competitive runner and am currently suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome, which means that I can't run at all. This has been very frustrating and depressing to come to terms with and finding your teaching online has given me a new sense of purpose and the belief that I can get strong again at my own pace, and even if I never run again, yoga could become as big a part of my life as running was.
    I can't tell you how much this means to me. Thank you so much, and have a wonderful day!

    Well wishes from Dallas! I would just like to thank you for allowing me to remember the importance of living in the present moment, an act that's not widely focused on in our society. I am currently in high school and diet and exercise have always remained of the utmost importance to me. Unfortunately however given my busy schedule it's not always possible to squeeze in a workout or a healthy meal. Through watching your videos and others like it on youtube I have instilled the ideal in myself that my wellbeing is worth fighting for. I don't believe that I will ever be able to express the length of gratitude I feel, but I hope that this is a start.

    I found this great site called Huzzaz.com where you can curate video collections. I made a collection of all the videos in the 30 day program (and they´re all in order) and am sharing it around to all my buddies.   37. I just had to say that your videos have a major impact on my daughter (8) and myself. She has epilepsy (nighttime seizures) and I have sleeping issues. We do bedtime yoga with you and it is amazing how much better we are sleeping. We would love to see some more nighttime sequences, perhaps 15-20 minuets videos to vary the nights, she won't watch anyone but you! Thanks for all you do! Oh and our puppies and stuffed animals often find their way in our practice!
