    On my day 2 - 30 day yoga dedicate. Super excited about that!

    This one helps me focus on my back when I am running or dancing. Also after been practicing a lot of your yoga vids, Adriene - I find myself so much more positive, my posture seems to be getting better (I feel more proud of myself) and the mantra you always tell with breathing "Lots of loving in and lots of love out" is the best!
