  1. Thank you for that practice this morning.brief but effective.your letter challenged me to embrace my growing pains. It's hard to remember that this too shall pass. Wish you could travel up to beautiful Muskoka (Ontario Canada) and do a yoga retreat lol cheers

  2. Great mini class! LOVE your dog, he's hilarious, a natural yogi! My cat is the same, always likes to stretch out on my mat just to show me he's far more flexible than I'll ever be (& he's 18 yrs old!!). Thanks for inspirting me Adrienne xx

    1. Love this video! Great mini session to get those tired muscles moving! ๐Ÿ™‚ You keep me inspired to continue yoga- I only use your videos now, keeps me interested. Love you dog too- so damn cute! My cat loves to stretch, right in front of me/usually in my way-lol, while I'm practicing too.

  3. Thank you again, Adriene! I like the curls btw. Benji was precious during the routine. What kind of video equipment do you use? Your videos are very clear and easy to listen to.

  4. Thank you so much for all your videos and support. You have given me back the years of flexibility I thought I lost forever. You are truly gifted in what you do and in the teaching methods you share. Your talents are greatly appreciated for you go beyond the yoga and rebuild the entire body. Emotionally, physically and spiritually. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  5. Wonderful as always. Was very stiff after a nap with bad posture in a chair. Fixed me right up.

  6. This was just what I needed, I was so sore after a hike a few days ago. Thank you! PS your yoga pants are super cute and so is Benji! My dog does the same thing when I do yoga at home ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Hi there Adriene! Thank you for your awesome videos, I do yoga everyday now thanks to you and I love it! ๐Ÿ™‚ I'm at day 20 on the 30 days of yoga challenge, and I dont want it to end!

Well anyway, I was wondering if you could do a foundations of yoga video to help me, and others, with the tripod headstand? I got so far that I can put my knees on my arms and then slowly get my knees up a little bit, but I'm hoping to get my legs all the way up some day! I did fall over once and crashed into the wall... ๐Ÿ™‚ got it on video too, looked really funny.

It would be great if you could make a video with some tips and what to think about when you do the tripod headstand ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thank you, you wonderful woman!

    Sara

  8. Another great video. You always seem to have the perfect yoga video for exactly what I need! Thank you for this.

Also AREYOUKIDDINGME your dog is THE. CUTEST. ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. Hi Adriene! Is there an exercise you recommend for strengthening my fingers? I type all day at work, I do our yoga practice which works the fingers, and I sew a lot, for about a yr and a half now. I can feel my fingers beginning to take a toll from sewing and typing all day. How can I strengthen them to help prevent arthritis and soreness and keep sewing my heart out? ๐Ÿ™‚ thank you and much love to you!

  10. Another great practice, just what I needed. Your instructions on 'how-to' balancing postures are the best. Love seeing Benji! Hugs to you both.

  11. HI Adriene,
I discovered your yoga courses at the tail end of last year and have rarely missed a day since. Your yoga style has seen me through some difficult times and I am so much more in tune with myself as a person and so much kinder to my body as a result of listening to it during my daily time on the mat. On Friday i had to have breast surgery and, as the plank sort of sequences that feature in many of your videos are not really appropriate at the moment, I was looking for something more suitable. There are some specific vids out there by other yoga teachers, but I don't like anyone else's style as much as I like yours and consequently I've been missing our daily catch up session! This video of yours seems the most appropriate that I've found for yoga post breast surgery, but maybe there is an alternative that you could recommend - or maybe you can make one specially for me (or by the time you've done it - for the other ladies out there, in situations like my current one). Big respect for guiding and supporting so many of us through so many things. Namaste xx
