It has meant the world to share this time and energy with you and I also really appreciate you sharing it with your friends, sharing Yoga With Adriene YouTube channel with your communities. It means the world and I love seeing the positive ripple effect that it creates. Many of you may be asking what's next, well please, stay with us there's always a place here for you in this community. Want to make sure that everyone feels like they belong so please keep coming back. There is a huge, wide array of videos, a big library for you to continue to peruse to listen to your body. How am I feeling today? Maybe search you know for a practice that you're feeling for and then type my name and hopefully you'll find something. If you're wanting more guidance, we do have a free monthly yoga calendar. This is to ensure that everyone has access to these types of tools on a daily basis. There's usually a community theme that goes along with the calendar so that we're continuing to ask questions and not just move our bodies. We're really trying to make it more and more accessible as the years go on make sure that everyone feels welcome. So continue to share it with your friends, join us for the monthly calendar and if you're interested we are connecting with new teachers and creating a community of leaders on Find What Feels Good app. I also continue to teach yoga there so you can check that out and always remember there is a 30 Day Yoga Journey waiting for you.
