oh hi hey guys welcome to the yoga with

Adriene vlog Adriene here just sitting

at my desk and if I take a second to

catch up on some things

first things first empower we just

launched empower it's a kind of a

preview to a bigger launch we're gonna

do in the fall this is a 30 day power

yoga challenge that we are doing but

it's my version of power yoga and it's

going awesome so I just want to get a

little shout out to all the people and

empower you're doing fantastic

you're kicking so much ass and I'm super

proud of you and I can't wait to see

what happens and I'm kicking my own butt

to him doing it with you and it's been

very fun to meet new people to reconnect

with people we did a we did I didn't do

anything

someone did a global map one of our

sweet cooler members of all the people

in empower and it was all over the place

so this is so exciting and inspiring for

us and hopefully for the other members

of the group next thing is that I'm

gonna be traveling in August I'm gonna

be in LA for the first two weeks of

August and we are going to be doing a

yoga with adriene la meetups so this is

happening August 9th I will post details

in the description below or you can find

on the website this is an all levels

practice this is a meet-up for people

who just want to connect taking about

your friends your family and when we did

one in New York City it was awesome it

felt amazing I'm excited to see what

happens in LA cuz I know it's gonna be

totally different so looking forward to

that if you're around send me a message

send me a line ping me and maybe we can

connect alright what else well I should

say that said obviously gonna be a

little bit different here in the channel

we are going to still be really seeing

one thing a week but if those things are

going to be kind of different so it

might be a foundations pose it might be

a travel yoga sequence it might be a

vlog so just a little bit of excitement

before we hit the grind again in

September August and September we're

gonna bring reboot back actually you can

expect to see reboot 29 days

yoga experience back at the first week

of August so this is back-to-school time

this is like back to the grind so after

our travels

we'll have reboot already up and rolling

again and then empower soon to hit and

launch all shiny and packaged and

beautiful with all the feedback from the

people who are doing it now man I love

this channel what else we have prenatal

which I'm doing with my beautiful friend

Hilah from Hilah cooking which by the

way for some weird reason you don't know

also pregnant and an old very dear

friend of mine and of chryses to catch

my drift

heyo and so we're going to all be coming

together to do a prenatal series and so

you can expect that coming out

prenatal coming your way and what else I

have to take a second

next presents and I just want to say a

thank you because I received a really

lovely present in the mail and you know

what I think this might be the first

vlog that we've shot without blue I

wonder we're getting through it's so

easy

um so blues with us in spirit and also

here with us in this beautiful piece of

art that Bethenny from Arizona sent me

and she had posted a picture of this

watercolor of blue she had posted a

picture of this on Instagram when he

passed in April and it totally melted my

heart and so I wanted to look into the

camera and say thank you so much

Bethenny for this beautiful thoughtful

gift

I am totally enamored by it and in love

with it like a total dork I could get

don't like right right now I love it it

is so beautiful and I'm going to frame

it and find a lovely place for it so

from my heart to yours Bethenny namaste

also so thoughtful that I just thought I

also think that it's really funny

because Marc Williams you have done it

again you've you were more on top of the

ball than we are here at the yoga with

Adriene Channel because you have made a

shirt we still haven't made a shirt we

have designed for sure it's coming out

actually it's coming your way guys so I

just wanted to show you this amazing

shirt that I got from Marc designed this

shirt for me as a small gift I will wear

it and I will speak of it he told me

that I didn't what didn't have to wear

it or talk about it but you know I am

cuz it's awesome and this is for also

all of you Game of Thrones fans out

there and we have a lot of little sweet

inside jokes and stuff going on in the

reboot group and also in the empower

group and across the the channel board

in general it says mother of dragons
