We made it, we're here, and if you are here listening to this and sharing this experience with me, thank you, I salute you. Jai namaste. Today's practice, it's our final practice on this journey, is all about celebrating, showing up for yourself, and really listening, all the amazing work you've done and the vocabulary that we've created and that we now share together. So, it's a celebration of being present, but being present for really you, being present for ourselves, that wonderful experience of simply just allowing and being present. So, per tradition, I'm gonna take the microphone off and we are gonna practice together. Use the vocabulary. If you like, you can mirror me or you can use me as a guide, or you can soften your gaze, tap into that inner teacher, tap into that inner smile, and move through your practice in a way that feels good for you today. You'll be surprised what happens. Move nice and slow, be really mindful. Be present. And again, I thank you so much. Namaste.
