what's up everyone welcome to the yoga with Adriene vlog I'm Adriene and I'm super happy today because I have some awesome things to announce okay first things first Rhys is now available I'm so sorry that it took so long as you may or may not know we moved some of us we moved twice more on that later so sorry it took so long lots of crazy things going on but everything is as it should be of course and Rhys morning yoga is now available so I'd love to invite you to participate if you can and if not now another time but this is a really exciting time because a bunch of us will be doing it together I want to tell you what you get with her eyes with the program and that is seven videos a seven day video train these are designed based on your feedback so a lot of you participated in a morning yoga survey and we collected all that information and of course you know it's hard to please everyone but we kind of took some of the things that we were hearing a lot and melded them with other things that we were hearing a lot and we came up with a seven day program so super proud of it with the seven videos they range in all different lengths time lengths and they're all kind of meant to get you ready for either a meditation practice maybe maybe some day in the future and ready for your day and or ready for your day so you might you know it's definitely designed for you to make it your own so you might do the video you might just have just enough time to do the video and then you have to you know take your kids to school or get ready for work or whatever your daily ritual is or sometimes like maybe on a Sunday or Saturday you can slow down and maybe try a little meditation so there's all this room to play and so I think even after your first seven days you know you can or you know your first 21 days with us we'll talk about that in a second you can begin to kind of create a routine that is unique to you and that is lasting and that is serving you so with your seven videos you're also going to get a downloadable PDF these will have details on each of the seven videos plus tips some other just kind of food for thought for your morning routine and creating one that really is serving to you in addition you'll get a 21 day calendar this is something I'm really excited about because this is kind of there to help you kind of check off the days and stay true to your commitment on creating a morning ritual that you know really laughs and really supports you in addition to that we're going to have a private find what feels good group for the first 21 days to kind of kick off our eyes we're going to be doing it together and we'll connect through the group to kind of talk and support each other to like stick with it or you know you went to bed late let's still get up into our morning yoga or you had five margaritas last night hope it was fun let's do our morning yoga the idea is that we kind of come together as a community to support one another to really make a little bit of change in our morning routine also I just want to mention that we're really excited about this project because it is kind of bittersweet but it's the last project the last thing that we shot in the yoga with Adriene house the original yoga with Adriene house so it was made with a lot of love and a lot of good vibes so there's that too that little history bit I want to finish by thanking you thank you so much for being here with me thanks for listening to me thanks for connecting with me and with others in the community thank you for sharing the yoga with Adriene Channel and the practice and this idea of finding what feels good both on and off the mat with your friends and your family and your coworkers I just saw this beautiful picture the other day on Twitter of a young girl wearing her Texas blue find what feels good shirt to her first week of fourth grade and it was it was a lovely little exchange it was so sweet and so inspiring so from top to bottom for the children to the grandparents to the dogs and the cats to the all stop thanks for sharing the good word and encouraging each other especially on social media I love that has a very encouraging vibe kind of open and mindful to not really you know bring any of the yucky stuff in so thanks so much let's keep going let's connect on rise let's create a morning ritual that serves us so that we can serve others throughout our day and enjoy our lives sounds good to me right thank you for inspiring me I hope to inspire you in return and continue the conversation alright I think I'm done peace out everyone take good care namaste
