- Hello everyone. Welcome to Dedicate, your 30 day yoga journey. Thank you so much for being here. It's Day 30. Bring your palms together, start to smile because you are awesome. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Way to show up. Way to tell a story. Way to go along for the ride in a way that feels conscious and present. I'm so very honored to be your humble yoga guide on this journey and even more honored to be your friend in this community. So thank you so much for going on this journey with me. Thank you for sharing your valuable time and energy. You made an amazing choice for yourself and you stuck to it. Way to dedicate. Today's practice, Day 30, is called Liberate. Per tradition I take the microphone off and we practice together as a community, as a globe. We tend to our own bodies in space wherever you are. We tend to our breath, the wisdom of the heart, and we bring our focus inward within the four corners of our mat. But we also send love and awareness out to all of the people practicing around the globe. So it's really a beautiful exchange and if you've never practiced without guidance before this is not without guidance. The best guide is leading the way and that is you. So I always get a little emotional on Day 30 but thank you so much for being here. I'm going to take the mic off. You can use me in your peripheral as a guide. You can even flow with me. But together we are strong and dedicated to finding what feels good. Let's get started.
