Here is your Yoga With Adriene Free monthly Yoga calendar! No gimmicks, no catch. This is an offering to help you get on the mat regularly to cultivate balance and wellbeing. If you are intuiting that you might benefit from a regular and sustainable at home yoga practice - look no further. 

If this is your first time joining us, welcome! 

Each month, we come together as a community around a theme that inspires questions and guides intention for your practice both on and off the mat. 

The practices selected support your exploration of the theme, whether you are taking on the whole month or dropping in for a single whenever you like. 

The practices on the calendar are free and are all available on the Yoga With Adriene YouTube channel. When we include membership practices on the calendar, they are noted as FWFG practices and we also include alternate free YouTube practices on those days for those who are not members. 

This month’s free offering is an invitation to center your practice around the theme HONOR.

As we enter the end of 2020, we may naturally contemplate on what serves us most as individuals, and as a community at this time. We landed on the action of honoring as a tool for healing and growth, but also as a way to recognize and acknowledge the courage, resilience, and even perseverance that this year has asked us to procure. 

When I asked the community what they wanted to Honor in the month of December 2020, I received a beautiful, powerful, and overwhelming response that read quite simply, “myself.”

Others shared further on honoring the time and space for themselves, honoring their vulnerability, instincts, boundaries, and self worth. 

Many shared reflection on how they wanted to honor their loved ones, healthcare workers, connection with friends through a tumultuous year, community, and especially those lost this year… may they rest in peace. 

May this collection serve you in honoring your body, your mental health, your energy levels, and your ability to love yourself and serve others. 

May it guide you to honor who you are, and how far you have come this year. 

May it be an invitation to know yourself deeper, embrace solitude, hone strength in both body and spirit. And may it also be a reminder that you are never alone. 

May it help you honor where you are each day, practicing presence, so that you may build strength, so that you may rest when you need to, slow down more, and feel both flexible and empowered. 

Amongst the free YouTube videos you will also see a week of additional videos on the FWFG App, as we take on the 7 Day Chakra Ride, LIGHT. Anyone can participate in this 7 day journey through the chakras by choosing the free trial on the APP. This series is a bit more advanced, but modifications are offered and all are welcome. 

Learning to honor what is through my practice has changed my relationship with myself tenfold, and for the better. It has also taught me how to honor the experiences of others. 

Allow this collection of practices to be the thing each day that serves to honor your body and your breath so that you may continue to cultivate balance for optimal mental, emotional, and physical health.

  13. This Sunday email made me tear up a bit. These messages are always nice, a boost, but I felt this one deeper. It gave me chills. I want to honor all these things and let it be something that brings us back together in a year that should’ve done that already. I know it’s not over, the struggles of life are never over but it feels like we can breathe again, reflect, honor ourselves and therein honor one another. Thanks, Adriene.   14. New to yoga, I practiced four times a week for four years. I want to find my way back.
    I have not practiced once in 2020. I am a seventy two years old. My life has been centered around my husband, three kids and six grandkids. It has been full filling and wonderful but I miss me.

  19. Adrienne I thank you so much for all your daily offerings. You have made a huge difference in my daily life. Last December I began suffering with late in life onset of asthma. Copd. Anyway I began with you 30 day practices in April and now am so thankful again for your monthly calendars of practice. I after getting proper medicine and your daily practices I am breathing well and drinking daily yogi tea as per your recipe. Keep up you loving work/service.

  20. I started the HOME series in the beginning of quarantine, but did maintain a constant practice because I simply did not know how to practice discipline and dedication in a gentle way. I have now completed two at-home 30 day yoga journeys, and feel physically, emotionally, and mentally stronger, perhaps even more than before the pandemic.   24. When I looked at the theme & calendar for December, I was giddy with excitement! My birthday is December 6th and my jaw hit the floor when I saw it was a 39 minute blanket yoga practice. You my girl, Adriene Looking forward to this collective journey!

    While I do some kind of yoga everyday, I just wanted to thank you for giving us these monthly yoga series to do. This was the year of all years and your videos truly made me feel better in my body but also in my head. Each month had a theme and so far my favorite one was November because in spite of everything going on around us, we still have things to be grateful for. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and happy New Year. May 2021 be a good year for us all.

  29. You have changed my life Adrienne. I started Home last March at the suggestion of a friend, and I have been following the monthly calendar ever since. I practice one video a day in the evening, and find renewal of my body, mind, and spirit. Now, I don’t know what I did before YogawithAdrienne. Thank you for your “yes.”

With the onset of the pandemic my bookclub decided to do one of the 30 day yoga challenges on Zoom, and as the lockdown continued we did another one and another! 8am yoga has become a habit, our group has grown to include people from around the world who have become our friends.     First, you are awesome. Thank you.

    I just turned 50, and my body is way older than my mind! Looking for ways to gently gain strength as someone who doesn’t understand what the hell is happening with age. I used to be able to do yoga, no problem... but now my joints and points - shoulders and hips - are barking at me (no offense Benji!), and something wickedly wrong is happening to my abs, turning to mush. 🙁 So anything to get that core back would be greatly appreciated.
    I plan to stay true to the December calendar...maybe just food for thought as we land on much more positive and powerful times in the new year.
