  2. Oh Adriene, I hurt my back yesterday.....and this morning I could barely walk.... I need to be active and strong as I’m mum to a special need girl who is nearly 10 and in a wheelchair....
    I did your Lower back love session first thing this morning..... and was only able to do a fraction of the exercises..... then before lunch I did it again as I was seizing up again.... I’m about to do it for a third time....and I can’t tell you how much it’s helped....

    Thank you, thank you, thank you....you make a difference....and today you’ve made a huge difference in my life.

  6. During these troubling times, my 3 day a week yoga classes at Henry Ford Hospital are cancelled thru April as of now. When I found your classes on line, I was very excited, now being quarantined, I am doing each morning.
    Not just the 3 a week.
    You have a calming way and I love it. My cat joins me on the mat every morning and like Bengie, she sleeps....

  7. Good morning Adrienne, I just finished your yoga joy body Vinyasa. It was wonderful to get back into yoga again. I’ve been away for three months and missed my yoga. And coming home to isolation and not being able to do no yoga classes or gym time is heart breaking. Until now a friend of mind mentioned you. So here I am this morning spending it with you. Couldn’t be happier, so happy I found you and the many classes you give. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you fabulous.
