    My Reiki master friend told me about you and I’ve been using your beginners video for almost a month now.

    I have a serious back injury and tried sending messages to you on how to do yoga when I can’t lay flat on my back or any good back positions in yoga. I can bend forward with no problem but not so good bending back ie cat/cow.

    Any help on how to ease into back positions would help. Like I said, I cannot lay on my back without causing extreme pain. (6 screws in the middle of my back).

    What you have taught me on and off the mat is priceless. I was already on the path, doing a lot of looking inward, but your videos were the last piece to my puzzle.
    No more migraines, my neck and shoulder pain is barely noticeable, my posture is 100% better, my sleep is better and I have SO much more GRACE for myself! I just can’t thank you enough for being you and having such an impact on me and others.

  3. Hey Adriene...I don't know why but the freedom glow yoga practice (28 min) is not available on YouTube!!!... It's one of the most amazing yoga practices... can you please make it available again

  4. It sounds like your experience in South Africa was amazing!

    Please consider making a few more videos for teachers to use with their students. I love sharing yoga with my fifth graders but struggle with finding the right videos. Go noodle practices are too short/quick, and cosmic kids is a bit too young.

    I’d love some videos that are a bit more serious and teach the basics of yoga but geared towards a younger crowd - maybe 10 minutes in length and walking through some basic yoga moves, stretches, and flows in a mindful, calm, connected, fun way.

    1. I second that! Cosmic kids is way too young for my students (4th graders!) and I would love to do short 10-15 minutes workouts with them. We have been working on foundation stretches and poses and are ready for more!!

    I really liked the zombie yoga! I’m trying to make it through your 30 Day Revolution, but am horribly out of shape, and end up really having to push to finish one. Are ther some other of your videos that you recommend to start with to get into the swing of things, before doing the 30 day rev?
