  4. Adriene, Thank you. I so look forward to your videos. I am a Svaroopa Yoga instructor and I've taken the month of October off to rest, reboot, and refresh myself (first time in 4 years). I just want to tell you how much I appreciate your style of teaching. You inspire me to 'get on my mat' and take care of myself.
    Many, many thanks!

  5. Could you put the "embrace it " series on to your website as I find it really good and worry it may disappear from you tube, especially the one for acid reflux.

    Thank you, and Namaste

  8. Dear Adriene,

My wife and I are huge fans of your work and thank you for continuing to spread the message of Yoga in a very easy to understand way as well as follow. You really emphasize the important elements such as breathing and proper form and we appreciate that.

I have been working on a start-up which is focused on the principles of Ayurveda and we are looking for fun, passionate people to collaborate with as we are looking for a Yoga expert and an expert which is creative such as yourself and how you have created specific Yoga for different ailments and conditions.

I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and see how we can work together.

Wishing you the best of health,

    Gunny Sodhi

  9. Haven't done one of your videos in a while but I had a bad day so I gave this one a shot. Laughed so hard I cried, and it felt great. Thanks for always making yoga truly about feeling good, and never too serious!

  10. You totally caught me! I was sitting here staring at the video and had to laugh when you called me on it. It was comforting when you invited me to join in even as I sat staring. I closed my eyes, breathed consciously, and let you guide me in a brief meditation. Thank you so much for your videos, Adriene. Because of you my feet no longer (ok, rarely) cramp painfully, my body feels all stretched out, and my soul feels lighter!

  11. I've been returning to your yoga videos for quite some time now. They are all great and I think you do an amazing job! Today I got into a really stressful situation and had trouble dealing with my anger.

This video helped me so much to let got and turn my mood around. Thank you!
