Yoga for Vulnerability

The awareness of my own vulnerability has made me more aware of others' vulnerability and more loving and receptive in general. This special at-home practice is anchored in an invitation to focus on the rise and fall.

Join me for this 35 minute loving and powerful grounding yoga session. Through this structure we will lean in and use the tools of asana, breath, and science to welcome a sense of peacefulness and ease for both mind and body.

  2. Thank you for this session. I followed it this morning after waking up feeling dreadful with a sore throat and thought all sorts of bad thoughts about corona virus and then found you. I felt so much more positive at the end of the practice and was then able to pick myself up and get on with looking after my family.

    I feel better than I have in over a year. I walk, run, and move a lot!! With this pandemic have not been able to go outside very much!! Thank you for your practice you have kept me sane!

  5. Adriene, I think you are in the process of saving my life! I have always avoided yoga probably because I"ve gone to classes that were just too advanced even if they were billed as "beginners." Your videos are great. I'm so proud of myself for being able to get through them (have just one a few now) and so grateful to you. I love your humble and u unpretentious manner. Thank you so much.

I have known Adriene during the Covid-19 virus while searching in the Internet for some yoga hints. She is wonderfully and professionally calm in teaching that is why I love her.
