Yoga For The Service Industry

This yoga practice is designed with the Service Industry in mind inviting relief and restore to the muscles and joints.     I started going to yoga at my local gym few years ago but not consistent at all. Didn't like the crowd surrounding me. I bought a chip app for my phone, I started doing my yoga routine daily. I notes that it was really good form me but I still didn't feel satisfied. One day about two years ago I found your videos in you tube. Since then I do yoga with you every day. I'm so happy I can do this revolution 31 days of yoga with you. Thank you!

  3. This was amazing!! Thank you so much for focusing on those of us who need this particular relaxation and self care after work. I'm a bartender and by the time I get home at night after closing. I'm sore and exhausted mentally but wound up and struggle with switching gears to leave work behind me. This is exactly what I need, a gentle and short but effective practice to stretch where I (desperately) need to and centre myself after giving everything to everyone else all day.   4. That was great! I have juts got back into a service industry job full time after years of other sorts of work and finding it hard on my body. I had a day off today but just felt very tired so wanted to stretch out my back and give some TLC to my feet ahead of the start of the week tomorrow. This was great! Thanks!

  6. Adriene, I really really loved this one, however I am one of those in the service industry that spends all day sitting in front of a computer, not so much running around.
    Also struggling with post pregnancy girdle pain; sore muscles and joints in the pelvic area, hips, gluts and outher upper thighs I would love to request a session for those areas aswell

  7. I have been working really long hours on my feet for the past few weeks, and this yoga felt AMAZING!! It is just the self-care I needed for my feet, back, and legs, not to mention my mind and heart! I will definitely be returning to this video, and also trying your Yoga for Lunch Break and Yoga for Psoas to keep feeling better and better; thank you so much!
