  1. Great practice. Noticed legs shaking quite a bit with the first exercise. Guessing it was from tight/weak hamstrings? Also, during final relaxation, I placed the towel under my lower back ☺️

  2. Just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my very grateful heart for all of your wonderful videos, Adriene. Best thing ever for lifting the heart in difficult times xxx

  3. Hi Adriene,
I'm new to your videos and I'm really enjoying learning from you! I was wondering if you could possibly do a dedicated video for those who suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis? I'm 30 years old and have limited range of motion in my wrists, elbows, knees, and ankles which make certain poses difficult but I'm trying to start slow and keep practicing to improve my joint functionality. When I do searches for "Yoga for Rheumatoid Arthritis" there are very few that show up on YouTube, so I'd love it if you could help me and others who suffer from RA out! Thank you so much for your wonderful videos!

    1. Nima, I was diagnosed with RA 25 years ago (at 35) and have had a committed daily yoga practice for the past 11 years. I also trained as a yoga teacher. While everyone's body is unique, my rheumatologists credit yoga with keeping me healthy and flexible with no joint damage. In my experience almost all yoga will help with RA symptoms, although I don't recommend hot yoga due to the risk of injury. Start slow, learn to listen to your body, develop a commitment to practicing daily. Best wishes to you!

  4. Hi Adrienne
I have really been grateful to have your videos to guide me back to yoga. I particularly like your targeted videos and was wondering if you would ever consider doing a Yoga for allergies/immunity or Yoga for depression videos.
    Much love

  5. Great video. Yoga is a great way to dealing with sciatica as it does not involve sudden movements that can possibly worsen your sciatica or even worse, injure your lower back. With yoga's gentle movements, your lower back will get the necessary exercise and stretching it needs to avoid sciatica and even recover from it. If by any chance, you are unable to do yoga, then a good chiropractor can do that for you, especially when you are unable to support yourself from performing the movements in the video. As long as your joints are moving, then you can be pain-free.

    1. have been doing your segments sciatica, core and swimmers for about 5 weeks sporadically. have experienced probably an 80% benefit from pain and unease. really enjoy your style and demeanour a-
nd appreciate the time and effort that you purvey.
      p.s. hi to benji 🙂

  6. Yoga is one of the most suitable medicine to cure sciatica pain. With the slow movement of the body it feels that the pain is getting reduced with the time. But it talks about the right and guided yoga trainer to meet the pain successfully as you have shown in your video. Amazing video for the sciatica pain.
Thanks for sharing it here with us.

  7. Wonderful workout, thank you Adriene. I have 2 complementary therapy clients coming to me at the moment who both have sciatica, so i’ve Pointed them in your direction, but also followed this workout myself this morning and it’s awesome. Great work, I feel ready to rock and roll. Namaste
