  1. Adriene, could you do a practice for empaths? I have the most awful time trying to separate my emotions from other people's, and it's exhausting. I (& I'm sure others like me) am so tired and rattled all the time because of the emotional energy. We need help putting up barriers. Thank you for the love you share!

    1. YES, PLEASE! I have this same problem - all broken with not being able to leave others´ problems outside..
And by the way: thank you SO much for your yoga all the little hints you give us.

  2. Hi Adrienne, I love the work you do and am grateful to you for helping me appreciate yoga. One question, do you recommend any books on Self Love that are particularly good? Thank you in advance!

  3. Loved the video except for the more advanced section which threw off my concentration.

Would love a video for respiratory assistance. Ironic that yoga is all about the breathe, but am recovering from a bout of pneumonia with lots of coughing. Especially with flu/cold season upon us, and children picking up germs now school has re-opened.

I have tickets for your Dallas date, and it’ll prob be me you’ll hear coughing. Am going with my yoga teacher Carol, of CircleYYoga, who is a great teacher and lovely person. Looking forward to your in-person session after having followed you online for some time. Namaste.

    1. Yes, I'd really like some yoga support for breathing problems. For me, its allergies and asthma.

    2. Man could I use a cold and flu yoga today. Its harvest season and my allergies are out of control. How can you have so much sinus pressure and a runny nose at the same time?!

  4. Hey Adriene! Thanks for all your videos, you are amazing! I'm currently recovering from surgery and NEED some stretching but you have so many videos, I'm overwhelmed-what's your recommendation for a nice gentle stretch without too many twists or bends? Thanks!!

  5. I suffer with terrible pre menstral symptoms. A week before my period i get itchy skin. Always in the same areas and its driving me insane. I also get so crabby and irritable. I do your yoga almost everyday and i feel that something to target my horrible time of the month would be so helpful. So hows about a Yoga for PMT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Many thanks to you my friend
Look forward to seeing what you come up with xx

  6. My sweet friend, Adriene, would it be possible to make a "Yoga for Singers" lesson/video?

One that singers can do to help their posture, strengthen their diaphragm, and open up their throat and release the tension in their jaw/neck/shoulders? And maybe throw in a few little tricks that will help with the jitters right before the curtain goes up?

Btw, you totally rock...and you have a very beautiful voice!

    Thank you very much!

  7. Also looking for help with osteoporosis and osteopinia. Would love an Adriene class
    addressing those issues.

  8. I love your classes Adriene. I have been practicing them almost daily for about three months now and I am really impressed about the transformations they have done to me and my body. Thank you for that. I also started to play the piano and thought that might be a cool theme for a video.

  9. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Adriene!!!

I've followed you for just over one year now and have recommended your videos and subscription site to dozens of folks. You really need to know how much joy, light, peace and love you bring to the world! In fact, I'm part of an online group for women in recovery from alcohol and started a thread solely dedicated to yoga and your videos in particular. We post daily on which we've done and share in how much we adore you!!!

I don't believe you receive enough "THANK YOUs" from people yet so many requests for "this-and-that," for which you always try and oblige. (She does this for FREE, guys!!) Anyhoooo, please know what a beacon of love, light and wellness you are and how much you're appreciated. Your gentleness is amazing and if I miss a day I feel sad. :o) God Bless you and all you do...you deserve the best life has to offer.

  10. Hey Adriene,

Really love your videos. Do you have any yoga videos for anemics and people who always feel fatigued?

    Thanks

  11. Any chance you do Beginners work out video 15 minutes a day for each day of the week 7 days. I did revolution twice but find I spend more time with my amazon fire stick searching and trying to figure out what day I'm on. This way we work more like relaxation on Sunday's. Maybe like inner core on Wednesdays. You get the idea with insets of advance versions for us to strive for.

  12. That last move, feet over the head, reminded me of my childhood. I did that all the time! The child in me is determined to do it again! Thank you!

  13. Lovely yoga video, thank you. Have been doing your yoga videos the last few weeks, and really enjoyed one of the videos you did in a park a couple of years ago (yoga stretch, I think). Very peaceful!

  14. Hello dear Adriene,
I like your work a lot! And really appreciate that you came up with a yoga for diabetes routine. I have diabetes type 2. Can you tell me how many times a week I should do this routine to be most beneficial? Thnxs and lots of love from the Netherlands. Namasté,
    Hilly
