Yoga For Core + Booty is a half hour yoga practice to tone the core and the buttocks. We take a playful and mindful approach to this active practice remembering that with yoga we unite all parts of the body and mind.   12. I WAS just going to skip it today (rationalizing that I'd showed up fully yesterday and I have soooooo many things to do!), but then I read your email. And I'm hopping into my crazy new leggings and getting on my mat right now because I'm reminded of my thoughts yesterday. How I can tell I'm getting stronger, and there's no question that I'm more fully present and focused every time I drop into my practice. And THAT's more rewarding even than a flat stomach or a nice round butt.

    I can't believe it's been a year and a half since my visit to Austin and the special privilege of practicing with you one a misty Saturday morning :). As far as I was concerned, THAT was the one stop not to be missed when visiting Austin!

    p.s., I tried to copy & paste a picture here of us from my visit (the look on my face makes it abundantly clear how excited I was!), but it didn't work. Perhaps I'll email it instead. Oh, and one last thing...I'm building my new budget at the moment, and I'm making sure to fit in a few extra $$ for a membership. Xx

  13. Great workout video! I really liked it this week. I could have used some reminders for when the out breath and in breath occur with the squats, especially earlier in the video.

  14. I've been out in my garden beds for the past couple of days and feeling mighty sore when I woke up this morning. Started looking at 30 days Yoga with Adriene to see what I could find that would make me feel good and there it was, just like magic, Day 5, Feeling Fine, just what I needed.

    Could you do a yoga for hormonal balance? I suffer from hormonal migraines and PMS and could use all the tools I can get. Also would really love a yoga for migraine. Your yoga for headaches is really helpful, thank you! I've done it so many times I pretty much know it by heart.

  24. My wife and I have been Yoga With Adriene fans and practitioners for about 2 years. We liked this practice, but we gotta say: Dang, our quads were sore the next day! The squats were (painfully) memorable. Thanks for keeping it real, Adriene!

  27. Adrienne, love your channel, started with 30 days, 18 months ago and now miss my yoga if i don' do some every day. Yours is the only channel i work from as it provides all i need, with a philosophy i love. I haven't needed to go elsewhere. I even took you on holiday with me!!!!
