  1. I loved it! I did the sequence last Friday. During the practice I had some tough moments, but as a beginning yogi I wasn't surprised at that. I managed, and I remember thinking 'that was pretty challenging, yet doable!' Until the next morning, when I tried to get out of bed and really felt the day-after effects of transformation. Boy, did I have sore muscles! But it felt good, REALLY good.

Thank you so much for these sequences, Adriene! I'm loving every single one, and learning a lot along the way πŸ™‚

  2. I'm new to yoga, but I've found that your videos keep it entertaining and enlightening. As a broke college student, I really appreciate the fact that I can find instructive yoga classes on your page for free. It helps me lessen the stress in my life, while at the same time, keep my body healthy. Thanks so much, Adriene!!

    1. Awesome Katie! College is where I really started to dig deep into Yoga and get to know myself. Ever changing of course, but a magical time! I am gad you are finding yoga a tool to lessen the stress while keeping the body connected, happy and in good shape. YOU GO GIRL!

      1. Hi Adriene I am a 64 year old who lives in England. After trying yoga as a change to Pilates in a class environment, I found I did not enjoy the teaching.....to rushed with no explanations...then I found YOU!!! I am completely hooked. I have done two of your 30 day journeys and am now on Courage...it's the highlight of my day.....sharing the mind and body experience on the mat with you is amazing!! Thankyou so much

    2. I started committing to YWA in 2015 in college after breaking up with my first long term bf and I have to say it saved my LIFE. Will the stress of college I don't know where I would be. So glad to see peeps with similar experience! Thanks for everything, Adriene!

  3. I've found that through your videos I have discovered new capabilities, sensations and movements in my body- I respect and know it more. They have taught me to be in tune and listen to my body, follow my instinct to find the sensation. I have already noticed massive improvement in my flexibility, strength and posture. I always feel so good, wholesome, free and healthy after your videos. Thank you Adriene x

  4. Weight Loss Yoga -Total Body Workout - great work out it works out the Kink’s in my body I like the fact you talk while you do the yoga it makes it more enjoyable and not seem like a Lecture
    great job Adriene

    1. Yes, for some practices it is nice to talk through the check list and stay out of the mind and with the practice! Others it is good to trust the silence. Thanks Ray! ENJOY your practice and thank you for the feedback. Namaste.

  5. Hello Adrian. I first learned yoga. I'm from Thailand.
You're clip yoga is great. I love it. I try to play every day.
    Thanks so much, Adriene.

    1. Hi Chosita!

You are so welcome! Sending love to you in Thailand. Thank you for your note! Enjoy your practice and find what feels good my friend!

      Love,
      Adriene

  6. I really enjoyed this - for me it was a perfect blend of feel-good stretching, and a challenge to my strength! The only slight problem is my mobile internet usage quickly gets used up watching things online - ever thought about releasing a DVD?! I live in the UK so your classes are juuust slightly out of my way, which is shame as I find your work inspiring and motivating. Keep it up! πŸ™‚

  7. Hi Adriene,

I absolutely LOVE this sequence! However, I just found out I am pregnant (yay!) and I was wondering what modifications I should make to this sequence so that I can still do it safely. Yoga has truly been a life-saver for me. It really helped me to deal with the grief I felt after a miscarriage I had in May. I really want to keep yoga in my routine, but I want to make sure I'm being super safe now that I'm pregnant again. What would you recommend?

  8. i stumbled across you the other morning when i finally made the intention to just do yoga in my living room and stop not going to classes because my timing, money or childcare is off. you are just right for me- not too slow and sleepy and not too hyped (which i find a little intimidating), and seem a rare breed in the yoga video world. you're just the kind of girl i want for a friend and i am so glad to spend time with you this way. thanks for the encouragement and direction! i'd totally buy a dvd or maybe even easier to set up episodes to download for a fee?

    love & light,
    lynx

ps. your camera person (also your man?) does a great job!

    1. Thank you my friend! I appreciate this so! In January we will roll out some new stuff and you will be able to download some goodies soon! I appreciate the encouragement- together we will transform our lives!

      Namaste,
      Adriene

PS- My sweet man usually only shoots when we are on the road - and he is patient and a gem. Chris is my business partner and producer of the show- and friend, of course, and YES he rocks. I am a lucky gal! Stay tuned for more!

  9. Hello, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues.
When I look at your website in Ie, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer,
it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up!
    Other then that, great blog!

  10. Absolutely fabulous. I have been searching for the right mentor for me and I have found her with Adriene. I love the way she includes the element of free expression and creativity in to her yoga. My downward dog has been transformed as have my forward bends; although I can, I would never now dream of diving forward without bending my knees. Thank you Adriene. X

  11. What are the different types of yoga in this video? I would imagine it is a combination. This video is now a permanent fixture in my fitness regiment! Thank you!

  12. I don't know if it's just me or if perhaps everybody else encountering problems with your site.
It looks like some of the text on your content are running off the screen.
Can somebody else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them too?

This could be a problem with my browser because I've had this happen before.
    Kudos

  13. My brother recommended I might like this website. He used to be
totally right. This submit truly made my day. You can
not imagine just how so much time I had spent for this info!

    Thanks!

  14. Hey there! I've been reading your web site for some time now and
finally got the courage to go ahead and give you a shout out from New Caney Tx!

Just wanted to tell you keep up the fantastic work!

  15. I have been doing your videos for about three weeks now, a morning sequence in the AM and then a "weight loss" video in the afternoons/night time and then maybe a few foundations for practice if I have time, and I have ALREADY seen results. I feel fantastic and strong and more lengthened! I feel that I am getting comfortable doing the poses and flows, but today I tried doing this video for the first time, the first 1 hour video I have done, and I was STRUGGLING. I havn't lost faith! I am going to keep practicing until I can do all these videos with ease! You are an inspiration Adriene! Thank you SO MUCH. I feel amazing, even though I know I had a hard time with my practice today. Namaste friend!

  16. Hello from MΓ©xico Adriene:
Took me too much time to write to you (I always forget), I have been practicing this video since the 2nd week of january and since the end of january I have noticed so many changes in my body. To me, this is your master piece, also I love your fundations of yoga, for the last 5 or 6 years, I have done yoga from time to time, now, thanks to you, I know, I was making everything in a wrong way.

My favourite part is when you describe every sensation through every movement, but most of all when you say SMILE, I think, several times IΒ΄m struggling through poses and you could noticed it on my face, but when you say SMILE, I get back to a normal and human face again, lol.
Everyday is different, same pose could be easy 1 day and harder the next day, but as you say, I try to listen to my body.

There are somethings I still cannot do and some others I donΒ΄t understand (IΒ΄m from MΓ©xico, so my native language is spanish),but I am improving thanks to you.

I am 30 and 13 years old (donΒ΄t tell anyone please), I used to have knee pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, basically almost all kind of pains along my body, lol, almost everything has gone now, and my body keeps changing everyday, this is amazing to me so many changes in so little time.

    THANKS SO MUCH.
    YOU ARE THE BEST

  17. Adriene!
I love all of your yoga videos. They're super helpful, and mega fun! I love yoga, but don't know enough about it to practice without guidance, and can't afford to pay for a class anymore (160 bucks a month? Ain't nobody got money for that shit!) so your videos have been great for helping me to stick with it. I also love how real you are in your videos -- I feel like a lot of people who lead yoga classes or make videos are kind of pretentious and make people like me who aren't the best at it feel self conscious and inadequate.
    Thanks for being mega rad!
    -Mellory

  18. You have some fans in Poland too! I've fell in love with Yoga because of your workouts. I try to practice as often as I can, even if it's only 20-minutes sequence. I love the sequence for better digestion (totally gonna do it this Easter πŸ˜‰ ) but I LOVE your weight loss workouts. I run and exercise (fitness forms) very often but nothings calms me down like your workouts. I love your voice and the way you demonstrate and explain everything. When I practice with you, I always have a smile for a long time afterwards. I hope there's gonna be more long weight-loss workouts like this one!

  19. I do not drop a comment, but I looked at a lot of comments on this page Weight Loss Yoga
-Total Body Workout - Yoga With Adriene. I do have 2 questions for you if it's
allright. Could it be simply me or do a few of these responses come across like they are written by brain dead visitors?
πŸ˜› And, if you are posting on other social sites, I would like to follow anything new
you have to post. Would you make a list of the complete urls of your social pages like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or
    twitter feed?

  20. Adriene, I LOVED this sequence - there was something about the lifts which though (like you say) give you a real muscle fire also made me feel so light, like levitating. Very cathartic, energising and serene all in one go.

I've tried lots of your videos, they're all fun and real, but this one was especially great. Thank you very much - really appreciate that you give them to us for free. xoxo

  21. Excellent post. I used to be checking constantly this weblog and I am inspired!
Very useful information specifically the final part πŸ™‚ I take care
of such information a lot. I was looking for this certain info for a very lengthy time.
Thank you and best of luck.

  22. Adriene, you clearly have a great love of life and your energy is infectious. Thank you so much for the gift of your videos, I really enjoy practicing with them Also, the little mistakes you make and then laugh about help to make it seem okay that my practice is not perfect. Thanks!

  23. Hi Adriene!!! I am a newer Yogi, but about a month ago I started doing Yoga 4x a week. I LOVE your videos! One of my best friends was interested in the yoga, but not interested in classes. I showed her your videos, and she is now doing it EVERY DAY as well! In one month, you've helped us BOTH lose weight!! πŸ™‚

Love your videos and your sense of humor! My parents live in TX, so when I visit next time I will be in your class for sure!!

Thank you for all you do. πŸ™‚

  24. Hey Adriene!
Just wanted to let you know that i really love your videos! Just had a rough month of exams (I'm in medschool so basically always exams), and your yoga session before going to bed and also the morning workouts really kept me going through that time. now that I'm finished with the semester, i wanted to try out your more challenging workouts, and really love it!
I did a few years of yoga classes, so I'm not a complete new yogi, but as i moved to another city, i didn't manage to find new yoga classes yet. So i really appreciate your great offer of these excellent yoga classes.
I can relate to your pace and way of looking at the challenges during the workout.
    So thanks again! πŸ™‚

  25. Hi Adriene, I found your videos about two months ago and they have become part of my weekly yoga that I do at home (due to lack of funds to finance classes). I just wanted to say thank you for making me more aware of my postures, I find your guidance VERY useful not just in improving postures but also in helping me to enjoy yoga even more. Your 'hurdle' advice and the way you encourage movement is escpecially appreciated. FEELS GOOD. Thank you πŸ™‚

  26. This is such a great video!! Love the hour long videos, they are my favorite, please post more when you have time!

  27. Hi Adriene! Thanks so much for posting these videos. It is really helping me be more regular to yoga and I love picking my own adventure on your youtube channel. πŸ™‚

I have a couple of questions for you:
    1) Can I lose tummy weight and stay in shape by doing yoga alone? I keep hearing that cardio is the way to go, but I have bad knees and don't enjoy running, so I have been trying to stick to yoga with the occasional hike. (For context: I am pretty skinny (size 0 or 2), but I tend to eat what I want so any weight goes straight to my stomach and is hard to lose as I get older.)

    2) This video and some others are tough on my neck and shoulders, so I don't end up finishing or I move to an easier video. I'm trying to follow your tips to press up and out, loop the shoulders, maintain space between ears and shoulders, etc, but is there something else I should do to make sure I'm doing this right? I am also going back to the quick stress fix video frequently.

Thank you for everything. You are so awesome for giving people a way to work out for free in their homes.

  28. This was my 2nd time to do this video. It's such a great total body workout. I loved the entire class. Such a great thing to do when it's 100 degrees outside and 75 degrees in my bedroom. Love it Adriene! πŸ™‚

  29. Hi Adriene! I've just recently discovered your videos in search for calming routines that I can do. I'm so glad that I ran across your videos. Your voice is soothing, personality is so welcoming and warm. Doing this one hour weightloss routine is my second time following your videos. Thank you for making and sharing these videos free for all of us to discover and enjoy. Take care and more power πŸ™‚

  30. Dear Adriene,

My name is Adam and I'm 30. First of all, let me just say thank you for returning me to all that I lost mentally, emotionally, in self confidence, and most importantly spiritually. I got divorced a year to date almost and was left to rubble, starting completely over. It has been very rough and I've been completely alone living over a thousand miles from any friends or family, had to go through a major surgery this summer and finally I'm starting to slowly get rolling with school starting for me for the second time around this semester. All that is left on the business end of things is to finally get a job now that I'm all patched up. But I've just felt so empty still, ya know?

Two weeks ago I was finally on my last leg of recovery from surgery and I found your videos online. I wasn't even looking for yoga to be honest, but somehow you were there. I clicked, I watched, I fell in love with your spirit, with yoga, with what you teach, with your incredible sense of humor, and your authenticity. The next day I went to Target and spent the my last bit of cash in my budget for a mat, and it was probably the most important thing I've done for myself in a very long time.

Over the last two weeks, it really has been life changing. I've watched and practiced with you everyday. You feel like the best friend I don't have. I just wanted to let you know that, what you're doing really has a very strong impact on some people. What you teach about balance, unity, coming back to the body, all things I used to find so, so important (I'm Wiccan so I used to practice these concepts very heavily to bind myself with the universe), but just gave up after hitting rock bottom, you have rekindled that. Not just you, but the wonderful method of yoga you teach, but not even teach, it's more of just raw inspiration, which is such a wonderful gift to have.

Just wanted to thank you for changing my life. My body feels incredible, I can feel my abdomen rapidly healing, I've been more productive in the last two weeks than I have in years. I have that fire in my belly (and not just from your videos) to really move forward again and get myself to a place I want to be physically in this world and spiritually with myself. I've started practicing Wicca again, I've sent out tons of resumes, I'm doing excellent in school, and I am in love with yoga and I couldn't ever imagine a day now not being on the mat. Whenever my financial aid gets here in a few weeks I am signing up for REBOOT, absolutely, no questions asked.

Thank you for your truly wonderful existence. I very, very much appreciate it.

    Merrymeet,
    Adam

PS - I actually did have a question though. Is there an unsafe amount of yoga to be doing? I'm a true beginner, but I'm not in the absolute worst shape. At the moment I've been doing at least one 40 minute video of yours per day, and then I always do the morning and bedtime routines also. I don't ever want to not do yoga in a day. I took a break yesterday and I just felt lost. So the question really I guess is can I do it everyday and also, do I need to swap different sets of poses? Is this something you go over in REBOOT perhaps? Sorry, that was many more than one. Yoga just feels so right, I love it. Thanks again for all you do even if this comment is lost and forgotten.

  31. Hi Adriene! I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how life changing and engaging your videos have been for me. About 5 months ago I decided to let go of toxic relationships and begin a journey toward acceptance of others and myself. I was also at my heaviest weight of 200 lbs (wow). Meditation and yoga was recommended to me to start this process, and as someone completely new to the process of course I checked youtube. I came across your videos and haven't looked back since! You are wonderful! I started with the beginner videos, morning and evening ones, and as my strength, focus and body began to change,(in addition to yoga I decided I needed to cleanse my entire body by exercising and eating clean) I followed the weight loss sequence! Wow!! My muscles have grown significantly! There's nothing more empowering then supporting my own body weight while following my breath and focussing on a mantra or intention I want to give my entire self to at the moment. I just wanted to thank you as I am still an avid user of your videos and continue to see the benefits... I have lost 70 lbs his year and improved my overall mental and physical health πŸ™‚ I've even made it to a few public classes. Honestly though, I love your videos and being in my own space much more. Xoxoxoxo you're awesome πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
    Alie

  32. Hey adriene,
thank you sooo much for these videos, they are really helpful and fun! I am new at yoga and exercising in general, but I find that your sessions are really easy to follow, always with good instructions. I have a question though. Are there any good tips to avoid hurting my wrists? I seem to have done something wrong there... love from greece!!

  33. Love your videos and instruction. I'm new to yoga but I find that your teachings are very helpful and I'm learning a lot-especially how out of shape I am. I do a lot of computer work (meaning sitting and typing) all day so I find your practice refreshing and energizing. I know practice makes perfect, so i'm starting out easy:) keep up the great videos!

  34. Hi,
First time coming across your yoga videos. I did the Weight Loss Yoga this morning. What a perfect thing to do on a sunday morning with the breeze flowing through the open terrace doors.
Thank you. I am now hooked on your workout videos.

    K πŸ™‚

  35. I've alway wanted to become a yogi and your videos are definitely putting me on the right track. I find that since I can watch the videos and practice at home I'm becoming more connected with the movements. I'm able to be more playful and find myself in the practice and really get in touch with my body and what it needs. I'm on the track from novice to yogi, I love it!

  36. Hi Adrienne, I discovered your videos about 2 months ago, I love yoru instruction, it is so playful and yet so soulful, it makes yoga not only deep but so much fun, and when I practise on my own I always remember to find what feels good, I can feel myself improving inside and out, keep those video coming......ps. Did you realise that you only kissed the knees on the right hand side off this sequence......if I start to walk wimp a limp I'm blaming you hahahahaah namaste

  37. Loved this peaceful full-body workout!!! My favorite part was he puppy kiss toward the end πŸ™‚ Too sweet!

  38. Hi Adriene! I live out in the woods of Alabama and I don't have great internet. I'm unable to view your videos a lot of the time. I was curious if you provide any kind of dvd or download. I'd gladly pay for them! Let me know! And thank you for your videos...they've really changed my life. I love yoga and never thought I would!
    Brittany Partin

  39. Namaste.
    Thank you for your videos.
I sometimes feel a dull pain in my wrist when I do simple table. Would you happen to know what I am doing wrong? I am a college student so it is possible that it is a result of note-taking. However, I feel it mostly during a practice, but never after. Is this just a body part that needs healing?
I would really appreciate your advice.

    Om.

  40. I preach to my patients how great yoga is for their health and now I am practicing it with Adriene! Thank you for an amazing introduction. Doing 30 days of it and on #5! Already feeling the effects on my body, breathing, strength, and groundedness! Thanks for being a real person that I truly enjoy listening to. Great wit, easy to follow, and a good teacher. 43. Dear Adriene,
I spent two months plus living in a hotel room when my husband had an overseas work assignment. I had my ipad and used your 30 days of yoga with adriene to keep up my yoga practice. Loved it. I told everyone about my new best friend Adriene. I am a lot older than you so it was kind of fun. I love yoga and love your attitude. I'm going to check out your Foundations videos and see if I can get these legs up in the air with my headstand. Yeah!
    Claire

  44. Thanks for another great workout! Your workouts cheer me up because you are so nice and understanding. I'm new to yoga and thanks to your videos I love it!!! πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Wish the rest of the day could be this positive.

  45. Hey Adriene!
I found out about your videos through a friend and I'm so glad I did!
I'm on Day 19 of the 30 Days of Yoga and I wanted to ask if adding this Total Body Workout to the daily videos is something you would advise? I don't work out a lot, except going for a run twice or three times a week, and I'm not a gym kind of girl. I do really enjoy yoga, but I'm not sure if an almost two hour practice would be ideal for someone who, apart from a couple of lessons last year, is basically new to the practice... I would love to know what you think about it πŸ™‚
    Thanks xx

  46. Great video, however, I am not a fan of the music in the background. One of my favorite things about your 30 days of yoga video series (and doing this online instead of in a class) is the lack of music, which I prefer. This is because, like many others, I like to put on my own Spotify playlist (low, so I can still hear your instruction of course) and Yoga to the tunes of my choice, depending on my mood. After all, music has potential to transform our moods just as much as yoga does... Sometimes it's a "Bob Marley laid back" kinda day, and sometimes it's a "Florence and The Machine Powerful Woman" kind of day, but regardless, i'd like to choose for myself. Please consider posting more music-free LONG videos. Thank you, and besides that, it's all LOVE for your videos!! Namaste!

  47. Hi Adriene
I just wanted to say how fantastic this video is! I'm fairly new to this and I found it really challenging but I loved it and it's a real achievement each time when I find my balance! Thanks x

    shaimaa

  49. Started with your 30-days of yoga and now totaly hooked! So I did the 30 days over again πŸ™‚
    And your other videos πŸ˜€

Lots of respect and love from Holland.

  50. Hey Adriene,

For most of my life I've had pain in the neck and hips, and just over a year ago I decided to give Yoga a try. I found your videos, and even though it was a struggle, I was hooked right away -- my muscles could tell what they were missing. After a year of doing this practice weekly (along with chiropractic care and an improved diet), my body has improved tremendously. I'm almost pain free, and I think you've made a lifelong yogi out of me.

Thanks for all your help, and I look forward to future videos.

    Best wishes,
    Chris

  51. Hi Adriene. I am beginning to get into yoga. I have been watching your videos. I would like to know what you would recommend for people who suffer from neuropathy.

  52. I love this video, left me feeling awake and aware! I dod love the visit from the dog, that happens all the time at my house! :))

  53. hey Adriene,

first off, thank for everything. i love the videos and bought the 30 days of yoga videos.

Im new to yoga and I'm loving how it makes me feel but I'm trying to lose weight. is this a good primary workout program for me to shed some pounds?

    isaac

  54. I'm new to yoga and have a question. I did this video this morning, but found I couldn't continue with a particular move (similar to a bicycle crunch) due to pain in my neck. I was following your instructions on lengthening the neck and imagining there was a melon between my chin & chest. Would this pain have been due to incorrect form or just muscle pain. Do you have any hints or suggestions on how to avoid this? Thanks

  55. Adriene,
I did the total body workout for the first time today and it was great! I have also wanted to ease into yoga as I have always been an intense athlete, so I feel like yoga would help me be more in touch with my body and learn it better. Since I am new to this, I don't know the differences really in all the many types of yoga. What does this sequence use? I imagine it may be a combination? I can't wait to hear back and do many more of all of your videos! Keep up the great work.

  56. Beyond grateful for yet another amazing experience on the mat with Adriene! Thank you for being a Blessing in my life!
    In Love, Light & Beauty,
    Kelly Corsino

  57. Hi Adriene!

I am really struggling to lose weight for almost a year now. I have practiced yoga two years back but completely lost touch since then. I was wondering if I should start with 30 days yoga with Adriene or something else to get back in shape?! what do you recommend?!

thanks for being so amazing and motivating xoxox

  58. I have been doing Yoga with you Adriene for 1 year now. I started at the beginning of September 2016. I'm 70 years old and wish I had known all the benefits of Yoga before but what's important is that I'm doing it now at least 5 to 6 times a week. Amazing. This morning I finally did your "Weight Loss Yoga -Total Body Workout". Wow!!! This one is a gem. Namaste.

  59. I love the bit where Benji comes and licks Adriene's face! Spent most of the practice wondering at what point the f-bomb would land (after the warning at the start of the video) but didn't notice one.
Inspired to do Yoga Revolution starting in June... Really enjoyed the 30 day challenges earlier this year. On the days I didn't feel up to a whole session I'd just do Adriene's 5 or 10 minute practices of an evening to keep the ball rolling.

  60. I love how you remind us to pay attention to our own sensations. While I do believe, even with yoga, I have to push through some pain to achieve maximum benefit, if I find a movement that seems it may be detrimental if I push too hard, I have learned to back off. For example,I have had two meniscus surgeries and sometimes I have to back off if i am focusing too much weight on my right knee. You are so kind and gentle with your delivery that it gives me "permission" to modify if need be. I recommend you to all my friends and family! My only complaint is that, having a chronic stiff neck, trying to learn moves while looking at my laptop doesn't help with good neck alignment. But, of course, that is nothing you can help! Eventually, I suppose I will not need to look at the screen so much. BTW, if you were to recommend one of your "total body" videos that is a little shorter (30 minutes), which would it be? I am 60 years old and in fairly good shape but not super flexible. Thank-you so much Adriene!

  61. Adrian; Great video - I love Yoga, though I don't have much time to go to classes, with your videos I can continue with my practices - just found this one for weight loss and it's fantastic, love it that it is 1 hour. I do one each day - and I find myself improving daily - and my body tone and posture is getting day by day nicer.

Thank you so much, and please keep it going.

The best to you and have a lovely day.

  62. Hi Adriene,

Would love to see more 1-hour videos if you could, please! When I have enough time to dedicate a whole hour to a yoga session with you, it is just the best gift for myself. The 20-30 minute sessions are lovely, but always leave me wishing I had taken more time for it!

  63. Wow! I have just done this prac as part of Courage. Was expecting (and a little bit worried about it being full on) a faster pace, but the delivery of this blew me away XXX It was challenging, don't get me wrong!, but now I feel like my soul is breathing!!! Another beautiful (one of many), life affirming and emotionally freeing moments with YWA. Thank-you ❀️

  64. Love this practice at the weekend. It really energises me. Thanks Adriene....has anyone told you you're awesome πŸ˜‰ You are! Namaste.

  65. Hi Adrienne, I have very limited high speed internet (I live in the woods) but I love you videos and wonder if it is possible to purchase a DVD, which I could watch from home. I just can't be online like most people. thanks, ali

  66. I started doing yoga again this year, after a really rough battle with depression and getting sober. My body was just a wreck, I mean I was aching all over, I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. I started doing your videos to lose weight, I really had no other goal. I cried so hard the first time - the release, the gratitude, the pain (lol). Within a month your videos have opened up a whole new world for me - I started hiking and rock climbing again, doing strength training, my diet has improved (omg I love your green soup), I have found emotional well-being I never knew I had. I don't even think about losing weight anymore, I just want to be stronger and more in tune with my body. Even on my bad days I know that if I just practice some self care it will have been a good day. I even got my mom and grandma hooked on your videos πŸ™‚ 2021 is off to a very groovy start!

Thank you, Adriene (and Benji) you guys rock <3

  67. Been away from yoga for about 2 years as my studio closed. Coming back now. Loved your video, but am sure out of shape. I only finished 1/2 but feel good about that. I am 74 years old and just happy I can still fold.
