  1. Nice workout...can u do some inversion poses as well? Thanks for ur videos, u bring a smile to me every morning. U seem such a happy person.

    1. Yes! Our first inversion in the Foundations Of Yoga series is coming up soon! Will incorporate into sequences in the new year as well! Thank you and stay tuned! Namaste, Adriene

  2. Dear Adriene,

I just tried this sequence this morning, and it was an amazingly sweet feeling! Thank you so much for your hard work, sharing us your knowledge and being such a cool teacher! 3. I loved this video! It made me sweat and I could feel how much better i could fold by the end of it ๐Ÿ™‚ I love your site and videos. They are refreshing because you take your time with the postures and seem like a genuine sweet person. Thank you!

    1. Dear Nina- yes, isn't it awesome when you feel the practice unfold!? Those forward folds are good for that!
Thank you for your love. Stay tuned and keep in touch! xx

  4. Hi,
Thank you for your videos, they're wonderful!

Question; I've tried to subscribe to your newsletter, but I do not get a reply response so I am not sure my subscription request has been accepted. Please help!

    1. Hi Tanya,
Yeahhhhhh, you are probably on the list my friend! We have only put out one newsletter thus far- but, we are about to roll out a whole new thing! Complete with a website home makeover and some new goodies to help us all through the holiday season and inspire us as we roll out into 2014. So- stay tuned! I will personally check to see if you are on that list to confirm.

  5. Hey Adriene,

First of all -- thank you a million for all your videos and involvement in our practices, you have brought change in my life in one of the most difficult times I've experienced and you made me look forward and step toward "finding what feels good".... I'm so grateful for that.
Second ! -- I've been practicing mainly with your Full body workout yoga and yoga for weight loss videos, probably because they're the longest and seem the most complete to me and that's what I need - Adriene throughout my entire yoga session ! But I just tried this one for the first time and it just feels so fast I'm rushing and I feel like I don't have time to do my movement deeply. Is this normal ? Should I keep practicing with this one or maybe I'm just better at slower yoga ?

Also--- please do a sequence for lower back pain !
    All my love and gratitude
    Keep being you

    J

  6. This is my fav video of yours! Thanks for sharing. Would you be able to do a longer length video with a combination of flow, stretching, core and arms?

  7. Love the Vinyasa flow! I have been doing your videos for a little over a month and am coming from a CrossFit background for the last year. I am thoroughly enjoying loving my body and how I feel from doing Yoga! Thanks so much for all your videos and for sharing. My other fave videos are the Yoga for Weightloss series. I would love longer Flow sessions. Maybe I need to string a few together. Is there any sort of progression or series that works well together?

  8. I just started doing yoga on my own a month ago. I adore your videos !!! Can you put more vinyasa like this one up? I feel so great after I do it and I get stronger every day. โค๏ธ

  9. Hi Adriene,

I started incorporating your videos into my workout routine about a year ago and I must apologize for taking me this long to thank you for your love and passion. Your videos are amazing on so many levels! It is only after I got to know them that I started to develop the true body-mind-spirit connection. At tough times, your words draw tears to my eyes during my practice. Thank you for introducing such an inspiring series of yoga! I look forward to all your future videos. Namaste.

  10. Hi Adriene, I'm 17 and I used to do artistic gymnastics and now I am a swimmer. My trainer, watching me, noticed I'm suffering from lordosis (the gymnastics I used to do before may have contributed to this he said). My lower back hurts especially when I'm doing dolphin crawl which really bothers me. So may I ask you for some suggestions on poses that would help me? Thanks a lot ๐Ÿ™‚
P.s. love your videos, I particularly enjoy vinyasa flows <3

  11. That was a great way to wake up on a Saturday. Child is still in bed, cat joined me on the mat. Thank you Adriene, I really enjoy your style. My 4-year-old boy refers to you by name. ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. Love this video! Iยดm enjoying every minute of it! It was a little bit fast, but doesnยดt matter. Iยดll surely try it again :)))

  13. Oh my goodness. I love your teaching style! I am just getting back into yoga and I have missed it every single day. I am a SEVERE migraine sufferer and even yoga started triggering them for me, this was very disheartening because I practiced several times a week for many years. But...I have a new neurologist and new meds, am having fewer headaches (yay!). I have done a couple of your videos every day since Sunday and you are amazing. Thank you so much for offering this to people:)

  14. Hi Adriene,
I started doing yoga two months ago at home using YouTube until I run into one of your lovely videos. I am now able to do the body flow ๐Ÿ™‚ still getting in there but I can feel the work out after two weeks. Personally I have to be careful with Vyniasa because of my right arm but I can not thank you enough for making able to have more and more flexibility on that arm. I would like a video in which you work more legs, bottoms, calf and meditation at the end as I do yoga before going to sleep. Thank you very much for your hard work and for putting a smile on my face every day we jump on the mat. Namaste ๐Ÿ™‚

  15. I'm still new to yoga and to your videos but this one is my favorite so far! Thank you for being awesome!

  16. I loved this flow. Really made me sweat and I felt great all day. Your videos are really the best way to start the day!

  17. I am unable to bend my right wrist into a 90 degree angle for poses like plank and upward dog, but I am able downward dog. I had come across using a modified plank where i stay on my forearms, but it makes it difficult to flow into other moves and do the sequences. Any suggestions?

  18. I absolutely love your videos! They've really got me to work on my own practice even on my own time. Its such a wonderful feeling. Even if I'm feeling lazy, I'll just pick a shorter video and I feel energized and ready to go!! THANK YOU!!!!

  19. HI Adriene,
I just recently stumbled upon your website from a random google search and absolutely love your series! I have become such a huge fan of your videos. I am a full-time horseback riding instructor for youth and amateurs and have been practicing yoga for about 5 years (though I am still very much a beginner :)) You have such a great energy and spirit, which makes your videos super fun, and remind me a lot of how I teach riding lessons. Because I work with a lot of teens, a lot of my riders are working through confidence and anxiety issues, body image, etc and I'm always encouraging them to try yoga to really connect with their bodies, their horses and leave everything else behind. I would absolutely love to see a yoga series done for equestrians. Obviously we use a lot of strength through our legs, but also our core and really stress alignment through the body. So if you get bored and have the opportunity to play with doing a new video, I would love to be able to share it with my students and help them find the beauty in yoga and in themselves.
Thanks for all of your inspiring words, the great yoga videos, and being awesome in general!

  20. Hi Adriene,

I just wanted to say thank you for uploading all these videos! ๐Ÿ™‚ I only started doing yoga in mid April and all along I've been practising watching your videos mostly, this one especially. I went through all the foundation videos, more than once and it's where I started. I fell in love with yoga and I feel so happy and proud of myself when I notice that some pose I can do better now than a couple of months ago. I love the way you teach. Thanks again and greetings from Serbia ( Southeastern Europe aka the Balkans). ๐Ÿ™‚

  21. I couldn't be happier right now!!! LOVE VINYASA!!! LOVE ADRIENE!!!
love from tiny town in the South of Germany ๐Ÿ˜€

  22. I love your videos, love the way you teach, keep doing it!

    are there more vinyasa videos?

i love the flow of it

  23. ..and again another nice workout! I'm surprised to find a new workout everytime, since I tend to get bored with doing the same everyday; thank you fpr [ostong and sharing this all for free! (In the future I hope to do the Reboot programme :)). The positivity in the videos is amazing! It really makes me start the day with a different attitude, thanks!

  24. Sending some gratitude from Cape Town, South Africa! Thank you so much for your awesome videos - I've been doing your sequences for a year now and love every second of them! Your sense of humour makes it extra enjoyable ๐Ÿ™‚

  25. what a wonderful practice-excellent flow of poses!! I was feeling a bit strange today and now that I've done this I feel really great!! thank you Adriene ๐Ÿ™‚

  26. Thank you for sharing your yoga classes. I have been using them for the last year, I've gained so much strength, calm and joy from practicing with you regularly. I especially love the vinyasa flow and the 20 min videos are so perfect to fit in a quick feel good session. Your joyful attitude is contagious. Thanks again for sharing. Karen, from Australia.

  27. I just subscribed to your newsletter. Nice yoga series, glad I found it. I use web yoga sites when I travel which is how I found you. I have been practicing for 12 or so years and my teacher studies with Natasha Rizopolous (sp?). I noticed that you invite people to jump back to plank from forward fold in the vinyasa flow. My teacher has advised us that this move is now considered ill advised as it puts strain on the shoulders. Rather the idea is to jump back into chaturanga (sp?) as the bent arm has more flex than a straight arm. At age 70, I walk back to plank but for those still in their physical youth, you may want to investigate this change. Thank you again for your teaching. Namaste.

  28. Hi Adriene.

So happy I found you. Thanks for sharing.

  29. Just trying to find my yoga practice again whilst I train for my first marathon... This was a really welcome change for me as someone who practiced Iyenga yoga... The flow was a lovely energiser before getting the two small children up. Great website. Thanks.

  30. So happy to find Adriene's flow yoga here on this site. It is my favorite and I have been looking for it on
    you tube for several weeks!

  31. I love this video - it's my favorite sequence!! I can't find it on YouTube anymore though...is it still up?

  32. Hey Adriene! I love, love, love your workouts! You 40 minute workouts kick my butt so I love doing these the day after to help stretch out more. I tell all my friends about you ๐Ÿ™‚ THANKS!

  33. I really enjoyed this work out.. It's a great quick workout before starting the day and your schedule is kinda
packed.. I use you videos 4-5 times every week, as there is not many places for yoga practice where I live here in Norway.. So I just love you way of getting med started and feeling good!! Enjoy !!

  34. Hey I've been using this video for the past year and a half and its awesome, will it be put back up? ๐Ÿ™

  35. Hi Adriene,

Just learning about you and your sight from a fellow yoga loving lady. Why are some of the videos no longer available? Thanks.

  36. i was wondering the same thing as molly. i used to love this video and i am not able to pull it up. i really enjoy the vinyasa videos!

  37. Is there a way I can access this video? It was one of my favorites and I can't find it anymore!

    Thanks!
    Amber

  38. Hi! I loved this video, it was my original "HIT" on beginning Yoga with Adriene, oh 2 years ago? Will it be available again? Thanks for everything.

  39. Just found your site today and I love what I have seen. Thank you! Unfortunately the video on this page says "does not exist". I viewed another but would love to see this and thought I'd make you aware if it is faulty from a site standpoint. I really appreciate your work and your free contributions toward people trying to establish a practice.
    Namaste

  40. When I try the link, it says this video does not exist. Perhaps you can fix it. I did find the video by googling it so was still able to do all the vinyasa practices. Freedom Glow is the best! Thanks Adriene!
