Adriene, Thank you thank you….I last practiced yoga when I was young, thin and fit. Now in my 60’s with an arthritic foot and injured wrist as well as a bit more of me to carry around!! I wanted to experience the joy and centred ness of Yoga again, and with the first of your 30 day yoga videos…I began again this very day. Your positive ease allowed me to move and enjoy the moment without judging myself with negativity. The awareness of tight unused joints and muscles and the pace to relax into a pose was self affirming that “I” am still in here somewhere… I am walking today with my head high and heart open.
Here’s to my continued joy of Yoga with your guidance . It’s like a dream come true.

Awesome! I am ten years behind you but know exactly what you mean! Thanks Leah for the inspiration and thanks Adrienne for Yoga Camp Class 7! My friend Melissa called me early this morning and said, “want to do 30 minutes of yoga this morning?” I thought, “Sure, why not? I’ve done yoga before. How hard could it be?” Well, it was PERFECT! Just enough to heat me up and make me aware of the extra “indulgences” that I am temporarily carrying around. Be gone, extra padding! Welcome back a slimmer, more flexible, me!

I have just finished your 30 day yoga challenge and would like to thank you for reawakening my enthusiasm for yoga. I have been teaching yoga for 6 years and found that my own practice was being grossly neglected. I attend a weekly class and set a goal to do at least three sun salutations each day and to be honest that is probably all I managed most days!!

I have been following your yoga tips and postures on you tube .I am a tax lawyer and yoga practitioner and an yoga enthusiast apart form regular visit to gym for cardio work outs . I live in Bangalore Southern part of India which is about 150 km from Mysore a town known for ” Asthanga practice” world wide. My mother a senior citizen who has been following and practicing some kind of chair yoga under the guidance of a yoga teacher. She had a sten fixed for her cardiac problem as a matter of precaution and she feels the stiffness and pain in her right leg calf muscles. She quite often travels both with in the country as well as overseas.I would appreciate if you can share some information or suggestions .

Hi Adrienne, see this pose in the picture above it tends to hurt my knees that have recently started to hurt due to running, what substitute pose can I do when I feel that my left knee isn’t that great? Thanks a lot !!
