Happy Halloween Challenge!

Together, we can!

In this week's letter I invite my friends to a little Halloween week challenge.

The goal : To notice what scares us. To embrace our fears. To loosen our grip and hopefully float towards flying rather than crying.

What do we do: Essentially, whatever you want. But - my suggestion for the week ahead is below!

The practice...

Face Your Fears & FWFG Crow practice - every day:

Easy Pose - to meditate. Take a couple of deep breaths. Use the awareness practice to notice your fear energy. (Whatever that means to YOU.)

Breath Of Fire - NEW EPISODE! Pranayama! Hits Wednesday!

Downward Dog - Howl at the moon. Don't be scared.

Crow Practice - Here is the crow video - use it wisely. Listen to your body, move slow as you kick off the cobwebs and make new discoveries. Find that upward lift (lift yourself up!) and embrace the fear energy that you simply cannot control.

Lions Breath - Very scary.

Corpse Pose - RIP

  1. I love your videos! I was wondering if you know anything about mala beads or where to get real ones. I've been looking online and I'm not sure who to buy them off of.

    1. You know, I don't have anyone to suggest about mala beads. I should. I get contacted a lot about them. I will do some research. 🙂 xoox

Thank you for all your encouragement, inspiration, laughs, fun videos and for helping me push myself to places I've never considered . I'm almost two months into practicing every day and its been the most magical experience. I made it a personal goal of mine to master crow with grace last week so I've been working on that daily. Its the ultimate challenge for me so thank you for that extra push:) Im looking forward to that day I can hold myself up like you in your stunning crow picture. love and light beautiful!!

  7. Can't wait to start this. Crow has always been a challenge (maybe a fear!). Hoping this puts these fears to bed and my crow will fly! I have a request - please could you do a foundation for dancer. Loved this pose on the Empower challenge and would love it to develop 🙂

  8. I just wanted to say thank you. I have always hated exercising since I was bullied in PE. I also have a bit of "situation" with my family which makes me very unable to relax and prone to anxiety and being scared. I have never really been into yoga until I found your channel. Your Youtube videos have really helped me relax, feel stronger (both mentally and physically) and become more confident. I am very happy and grateful that you make these videos. I like how you focus on finding what feels good, instead of just focusing on "showing off" if you understand what I mean. Thank you again for being you and making these wonderful videos 🙂
