  1. I am so in love with your flow and the way you teach. I don't always have to look up at the video because you are very good at directing poses and the flow, with your voice. I found yoga through you on a yoga app I downloaded 6 months ago and have been practicing it every day with you. Since then I do not experience panic attacks and I feel like I found myself. I feel free and loved and more loving. You helped me, help myself. I have bad anxiety but your teachings have helped me
    Grow and breathe and find balance within myself. Honestly just wanted to say how thankful I am. I wanted to share my story so maybe someone who reads this, can find something to take with them and start a practice with you as their guide. You are a wonderful person, never too serious, and always know how to make me laugh and not be so stressed out just by being yourself. We would get along fabulously in person. Thank you again, keep it up. Also had a little anxious episode today I found this new video, tried it out, which helped me tremendously and inspired me to write this comment.   2. Thanks Adriene! My right shoulder was so tight doing this that I couldn't get into the pose on my right side for the pain & stiffness. That was a surprise as I didn't feel like I'd been working harder than usual (graphics on the computer), but obviously I was. Now I am aware, taking breaks and can get into Dolphin this week. Great litmus test for ppl working at a computer where the arm is raised and static for a long period of time.
