  1. Hi Adriene!
I discovered your videos on YouTube and just fell in love! I've been doing your 31 days revolution; I'm on day 8 and have enjoyed every single day. After the 31 days is over what practice do you recommend? Will you continue to publish more videos?

I've been practicing Bikram for many years, but your techniques are just so fun and uplifting. I enjoy the different poses everyday. Keep it up and I look forward to many more practices with you!

    Sincerely,
    Grace

  2. I am sharing this with my running group - thank you so much. Nothing feels better than yoga for tight and sore muscles!

  3. I'm not a runner, but I like this little class. I'm appreciating these Quickies as I just can't find the time for longer classes at the moment, but I still want to practice every day. Perfect!

  4. Dear Adriene,

I'm a runner and I have been following your videos for the last couples of months. I especially leverage your videos on core strengthening, spine strengthening and yoga for runners.

I have fallen in love with your teaching. You are really amazing. I feel blessed to have found you on YouTube.

May God bless you and help you to spread love.

    Love and regards

  5. Dear Adriene,
Following your video classes I was able to practice yoga for last two years, when I was sick. Now I'm all right, full of life and love. I feel, i can influence my friends and family with love, stillness and all values and atiitudes that I'd learned from You. I'm still learning. Thank You,
    Dorota

  6. Hi Adriene,

As always, I love your yoga videos. They encourage you to have grace with yourself, but also to challenge your mind and body in a healthy way. They are uplifting and energizing, and never neglecting the element of self care. It's a unique experience that I truly cherish. Aside from yoga, I spend my time cycling. Would you consider creating a yoga video for cyclists? It would be so lovely to see your perspective, and I know the cycling community would have nothing but gratitude as well.

    Thank you,
    Rachael

  7. Hey yo! As a largely retried triathlete who now trains mostly for my own well-being and entertainment, I wanted to ask: have you or could you do a Yoga for Swimmers? Like in yoga, alignment and breathing are key for swimmers, as is a consciousness of body position in the water. I would imagine such a practice would focus on opening the shoulders, but would also address core strength, breathing, and head, neck and spine. You are a delight. After years of banging myself up being hard core, I enjoy yoga because of you.
