    After 30 days of yoga revolution I started the yoga camp and in additions every week waiting axnsiously for these yummy "quickies"!!!
    Just want to tell you again that the experience of doing yoga every day with you for the past 52 days has changed not only my body bust most importanly the way I think, I breathe and I feel everything!
    For me the total experience, even if it is in the begging of my presonal yoga journey, has truly changed my life, and all because of your smile and support!

      I have been following you and practicing with you. Up until last year at this time. I went in for an ankle surgery due to 2 torn ligaments from a prior injury while serving in the USMC. During the surgery the doctor found a ruptured tendon which entailed a 4 1/2 hour procedure. It ended up not being simple. During the procedure my sureal nerve was bruised and now a year later I am still unable to walk or drive. Can you recommend one of your videos I can practice that there is no standing poses?   3. I just want to thank you, Adriene. You have made such an impact to my daily life. I completed Yoga Revolution in January and am now following the calendar for Commited February here in New Zealand. I did not think I could commit to a practise every day but I have and am a stronger happier self because of it. I shall continue to find wha feels good and hope someday to make it to one of your classes. Namaste!

    I was wondering if you would consider doing any videos for yoga with your kids. I have an active pre-schooler who needs gross motor sensory input to be calm and ready for focusing in the classroom. I would love to have him join me for yoga before school or on the weekends in the Northeast when we are snowed in --- Namaste!

I am currently preparing for my first half marathon this fall (maybe my last, if I don't survive lol), and I was just wondering if you have any recommended yoga routines for knee stiffness.

I'll join the others commenting by saying you are such a tremendous light in my life. I've been doing daily yoga with you for three years now and you have totally changed my life (internally and outward) - all for the good.

    I am now a member, too, and that is something I cherish so much as well. I have a list of favorite practices to do every day and enjoy adding a new one to my daily practice to expand each session to a full hour. Morning and before-bed.

    My work requires me to sit at my desk long hours, so I do several of your quickies throughout the day as well. They are ideal for that, and make such a difference. Thank you for doing them.

    I think of you as my 'yoga goddess.' Some people walk through life never touching another soul - You are like a shining beacon for so many. A thousand blessings on you and enjoy every minute in Hawaii. Mahalo!

It also taught me that I do not really need to go on a diet or spend hours in gym to have strong core.   15. I just wanted to thank you..you have been an inspiration and key in my healing from a fall three years ago. I was facing surgery and found a holistic doctor, who suggested yoga after my year of treatments. I found you first searching You Tube and started only 5 minutes is what I could handle. 2 years later I have not stopped and sometimes do an hour, (mostly 30 minutes) and love it so much that I found an instructor to teach my after school kids once a week. The revolution was absolutely the best! I changed everything from diet to meditating....Bless you.....

I love your calm positive approach and the feeling that by being yourself and going with the flow each day is actually good enough-not feeling like you have to win the race or be the most flexible or bend over backwards when somebody tells you to!! I've loved every session of yoga with you and continue to enjoy new videos or frankly repeating some over and over!!
    Sometimes I am sure you read my mind in the comments you make or emails you send!! You are reassuring and gentle and like so many others I look forward to your sessions every day!!

  22. Thank you!!! I needed that little 6 minute yoga bump. This morning I had a early meeting at work. And I listened to Adrienne when she says "do what feels good" so I slept in a little bit and skipped my normal yoga routine. It is Monday and It is cold outside and I had been on 15 day yoga streak. Apparently the sleep was needed! This fit and seemed more like a regular routine.

  23. Hi Adrienne, I have just been diagnosed with breast Cancer, Stage 1, no lymph involvement. I had breast surgery 2 weeks ago and I have just started Chemotherapy today. I meet with you every day on the mat, and adjust a few things which I cannot do due to the recent surgery.   27. Adriene I want to say a huge thank you for being who you are and supplying us with these yoga videos, I've been doing YWA for about a year and a half now and definitely feel a difference in myself both mentally and physically.
    I've recently given birth to my first baby, a beautiful baby boy and I was lucky to be able to continue my yoga practice through pregnancy adapting where necessary and I truly believe it's due to this that I had a wonderful pregnancy and the labour wasn't as bad as expected! I'd almost say it was easy compared to some stories I've heard, I was really able to tap into my breath and be present in the moment, and it's your videos and practice that enabled me to do so, a very humble thank you and namaste to you xxx

    I started to follow your Youtube channel for about a year now, for dealing with my anxiety. Today I have to say that I am no longer anxiuos about anything. Through your work I found myself, I connected with the best of me and started living by it.
    The Yoga Revolution did make a huge revolution in my life, and after it, I started to make my Yoga time even more mine. I started to move with my feelings, with my emotions, using music to boost the effect. This month of March I decided to make my own practice plan, bringing some things I love the most: Yoga, Music and Movies. I'm going to make a "Movie Soundtrack Yoga Practice", in wich everyday I think about a movie that relates to what I'm feeling and move from there.
    I began with the soundtrack of one of my favorite movies "Mr. Magorium Wonder Emporium" wich is all about finding our own magic, our own sparkle. And that's what Yoga helped me so much with!
    Thank you Adriene for your amazing dedication to all your followers. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and you entered my life exactly when I needed the most. Thank you! <3

    Love you girl! ❤️❤️❤️I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis four months ago after much joint pain and X-rays that were taken. My chiropractor gave me a regimen of supplements and told me to go do yoga as often as possible.

    I attended several yoga classes that were way too difficult and had yoga teachers stating - pain is growth. I quit and discovered you on YouTube. Your gentle kind approach to yoga were a game changer and just what I needed.

    After a four month practice at home, I am almost completely pain free after practicing under your guidance- tried your Yoga Challenge and Yoga Revolution. You are a wonderful teacher and I know good teaching as a retired school principal. Thank you for your inspiration , guidance and motto of finding what feels good.

  31. I have an idea for a series of videos.

    I know you used to do yoga with kids / teens.

    I do cosmic kids yoga with my little one (who is now 5) and that is great for her.

    I'm a teacher and I teach 10-12 year olds. Cosmic kids is a little too young for them.

    I'd love a series of videos to do with my class or with older kids who are ready to take yoga a bit more serious, learn some poses, and maybe some simple flows.

    (Others I've tried are the empower tools on go noodle, and they are ok, but I still want something a little more.)

    These could also be fun videos for families to do together so mom and dad can do yoga with their kids to ease them in to the physical poses, flows, breathing, and mindset of yoga.

I am 65 and have been searching for yoga instruction that could live up to my first introduction to yoga in my 20's. I appreciate you so much. Finally I have easy access to yoga that is so agreeable to this aging body and it has helped me in so many ways. Thank you so much.
    And when you first came out with your yoga quickies, I didn't think they would be something I would use. But I LOVE them. This morning it was just the ticket when I got up to help get all the kinks out and just enough energy to put my mind in so positive a place. Wow.

    I have been doing yoga with you from NJ for 2 years now and I would love to pursue it as a side kind of career/hobby. However, I'm an undergrad student going for Physical Therapy. I want to become a yoga instructor so I can commit myself to practice while educating others too. This might be a difficult question, but do you think it is worth it to become a RYT in a year off between my undergrad and grad studies? Since I'm a college student and don't have the biggest budget (and I know its expensive for training), I wonder if it's worth it to become a RYT right before I go to grad school. Do you think it would benefit me. Also how long did it take you?

  38. I loved this quick little class - actually, I did the 7 min. Boost first, and then this 6 min. Chill. That worked great. However, the app on my Apple TV doesn't let me see the entire list of videos on the May Calendar. As I swipe to go right, it stops at the Meditation for Meaningful Relationships, which was on the 16th (today is the 23rd). Is there a feature to bring it further, that I'm missing or is this a bug in the app?

    1. Hi Carsten, the AppleTV app only displays 30 videos in a playlist at this time and since we have both meditations and yoga practices on some days, it is more than 30 videos on the calendar playlist this month. Sorry about that! Those practices are on the membership so you can use the search to pull it up. Or use the playlist on the app on your phone and airplay it to your AppleTV. The mobile app playlist is unlimited in the number of videos is can display.
