11/25/2015 – Hello Adriene, your instruction was suggested to myself and another old guy (58, and 63), by a former bodybuilder Rachael in our gym. So we are taking the 30 days ! Your instruction is light and fun ! Starting with the basics is helpful. It’s different from classes I had taken several years ago. Thanks !

Thank you so much, I am a cancer patient and started this program during my chemo treatments. I am now 6 months into it and am feeling stronger, and it has pretty much eliminated back pain. I am looking forward to continuing and getting stronger every day.

im on day 10 today! i cant believe it…my body starts to look to the breathing exercises and the stretching. i feel sluggish today but felt pumped up after the 10th session.thank you!

Hi, I’m 50 yo and have had multiple back surgeries. I struggle with pain control. I’ve had to quit my job and have become increasingly depressed. I have only done 6 sessions and already feel my body relaxing and less intense achiness. Can’t wait to keep going and see what the future holds. Thank you for a light at the end of a tunnel!

i just finished day 12 of 30 day yoga. I asked a yoga teacher were I work at and she told me about you and I am very glad because you are the best. You make me laugh and enjoy yoga. I already feel my body relaxing and less achiness. I really started because I been having lower back pain and now I feel it less. I just wanted to know if I will get more balance. I only do it once a day, should I do it more.

I just finished day 7. I love it. My main issue is that I have weak wrists. Arthritis in my right and old fx in ,y left. So far I am just doing the best I can, but the balance on hands is very hard. Any suggestions?
