11/25/2015 – Hello Adriene, your instruction was suggested to myself and another old guy (58, and 63), by a former bodybuilder Rachael in our gym. So we are taking the 30 days ! Your instruction is light and fun ! Starting with the basics is helpful. It’s different from classes I had taken several years ago. Thanks !

Thank you so much, I am a cancer patient and started this program during my chemo treatments. I am now 6 months into it and am feeling stronger, and it has pretty much eliminated back pain. I am looking forward to continuing and getting stronger every day.

im on day 10 today! i cant believe it…my body starts to look to the breathing exercises and the stretching. i feel sluggish today but felt pumped up after the 10th session.thank you!

Hi, I’m 50 yo and have had multiple back surgeries. I struggle with pain control. I’ve had to quit my job and have become increasingly depressed. I have only done 6 sessions and already feel my body relaxing and less intense achiness. Can’t wait to keep going and see what the future holds. Thank you for a light at the end of a tunnel!

i just finished day 12 of 30 day yoga. I asked a yoga teacher were I work at and she told me about you and I am very glad because you are the best. You make me laugh and enjoy yoga. I already feel my body relaxing and less achiness. I really started because I been having lower back pain and now I feel it less. I just wanted to know if I will get more balance. I only do it once a day, should I do it more.

I just finished day 7. I love it. My main issue is that I have weak wrists. Arthritis in my right and old fx in ,y left. So far I am just doing the best I can, but the balance on hands is very hard. Any suggestions?

I JUST started this challege. I did yoga before, but your exercises are different, I like that there is no roush, I like your jokes and the way to encourage us to connect with ourselves, with the earth….Thank you! I AM SO HAPPY I DISCOVERED YOU.

I’d come across your blog before but have just started the 30 day challenge. I am a yoga teacher in training (at 52) and I have already started a practice class on a Friday evening. I love the way you teach. I used to be an actress myself many years ago in Germany. So bring everything across so naturally with integrity and a lovely easy air. I feel very at home when watching you.
I will follow the challenge very single day. Thank you so much.

I just recently found your 30 days of yoga on YouTube and I am hooked! I needed to find an exercise that wasn’t so harsh on my body and it was also so important to me to improve my mindset. Your videos are amazing! As a beginner, you make me feel that wherever I’m at in my yoga journey is OK! That alone makes me want to return to the mat over and over again. You’re amazing!
